We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Realized this when I saw the charge on the card. Called to inquire why there is a difference. Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated having been told about it at the time of payment as it would have allowed me to consider other forms of payment, the fee was refunded but the response that followed is what I can only categorize as rude and unpleasant. Not recommended.

Where do I start? WORST EXPERIENCE! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!…read more The guy who owns this business seems to be a great guy and very professional, BUT it's all a lie. He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. My number is still the same if you decide to call and make this right.

**REAL CAR GUYS**…read more Awesome work and fast! I came in for a quote, and left with a changed ride! Jax and Will really hooked up my ride, and the definitely have a repeat customer. I found out about them up here on Yelp. Asked for a quote thru the app and Jax got back with me in minutes! 30 mins later I was at the shop, and he and Will went over all of their available wrap options. Same day service means the world to me, with the limited amount of free time I have. Now my car looks DOPE!! Great quality with great customer service.

Kinda of sad I have to right a bad review on this business but when you as a business fail to…read moreconduct yourself in a professional manner and your best interest is not your customer then people who plan on spending money with you need to know what they're dealing with. Long story short I've know about and done business with Charles owner of HFD1 Motorsports in the past I used to out source motorcycle jobs and refer people to him for work I couldn't perform when I owned my motorcycle shop. I never had a issue with Charles or his work thought he was a good guy. So I closed my shop a few years ago and every now and then I refer customer's to him expecting nothing in return I do this because I USED to trust his work and thought he was honest. My best friend bought a ZX-10 and I had him bring it HFD1 for some work and overall inspection since it was a preowned bike. The work included after market exhaust, plugs, oil change, valve cover gasket and some other rings and seals were replaced also. So after getting the bike back all was well until about month later and we noticed oil coming from the head. We took the bike back to HFD1 and it was the valve cover gasket that was leaking. So Charles has a so called "Kawasaki" specialist Brian did the work on the bike and he admitted it was his fault about the gasket. So on top of that I still asked for additional work to be done which included new upgraded brake master cylinder and braided front lines. When I called to see if my bike was ready he said yes and the total would be $513. I called back few days later to let them know I was coming Saturday and asked the total again this time he said close to $800! I asked why and the mechanic said well I had to do the valve cover gasket over again and Charles ordered more gaskets for your engine I didn't know about. My first response is why am I paying you again for a gasket job you didn't do right and second we never discussed adding additional seals. The mechanic refused to listen so I hung up on him. I went Saturday with my friend to pickup the bike Charles was there not the mechanic when he gave me the bill. I said Charles we need to discuss a few things because I don't understand the extra charges on the invoice. Charles immediately got frustrated and loud and said he wasn't gonna deal with this. So my friend and I said Charles calm down man we are just trying to figure out why your mechanic added parts to the work that was not authorized and we know its not fair to double pay on a valve cover job he messed up. Charles screamed stood up and yelled at both of us and said he wasn't eating the cost of the valve cover job or the extra parts he ordered. he said we were trying to cheat him I said Charles calm down dude we did business in the past he said he didn't care about the business I brought him and got in my face yelling that I should leave his shop so he can talk to my friend. I said I'm not leaving because I know from owning a shop what should be on the bill and what should not. So after my friend and I tried multiple times to get him to stop yelling at us and talk like men. Charles after 15 minutes of yelling and being disrespectful said he was taking the extra charges off and we cheated him and we want him to do work for free. The entire time the mechanic was not there because that would mean he would get caught in a lie. So my friend paid the bill and on the way out I tried again to talk to Charles in a professional manner and he said he doesn't need any business I send him and again told me to get off his shops property. His invoice was bogus he tried to charge for brake cleaner he used because they said they oil was on the engine. I had a shop you don't charge customers for the cans of break cleaner you use. So in a nutshell he messed up a valve cover gasket job that had to be done over and he tried to charge again for his mistake and he added parts and performed work to the bike that was not authorized and charges customers for materials like brake cleaner when he should not. Very unprofessional, rude, sloppy work no respect for the people who bring him business or his customers at least not us.

I believe that the past two reviews are just the bad. People do not come on here and post reviews…read moreabout the good that happens. I went to HFD1 when my 2015 CBR300R was making a slight ticking noise. After talking with Charles, he went ahead and checked the bike for free. I could not complain there. As he was inspecting it, he found that my chain was very loose, and told me I should get that done. After he finished tightening the chain, he went ahead and checked a few more things for me such as battery posts, and the forks. For free. I cannot complain about anything that happened today at HFD1, and will definitely be bringing my bike back after this pleasant experience.
