It's a family owned business and they work their tails off! When I go, I always think about getting something other than the fried chicken, but when I go through the line, I start smelling that fried chicken and I see that crispy skin and I mouth just starts watering. They are the best "home cooking" restaurant in Ouachita Parish. It would cost you a fortune to have the same order at Piccadilly. Everything I have had on their menu is delicious. The family/owners always have smile on their faces. I took my brother-in-law from Oregon here when he visited and he talked about it the rest of his life. If you're a local and you haven't been here, GO! If you are visiting the area, you won't find better food in the entire parish if you're looking for home cooking, but be ready for a nap!
