But when the package came, it was only the rim. They took off the pictured tire. When I asked about it they said: "I'm sorry for any confusion, but I'm sure they removed the tire since any freight was calculated with the weight and dimensions of the wheel being bought and not the tire on it. I'm afraid there's not much I can do about that." Are you kidding me? The rim by itself was available online for 50% of what I paid these jokers. I am not going to hassle with returning it, but that's bullshit.

I have been dealing with an issue with my camshaft position sensor in my 2010 Infiniti QX56 for…read moreseveral months now. I replaced that camshaft sensor, and then a new code came up for the crankshaft position sensor, which I also replaced. After all that work, I was still having problems like a rough idle and hesitant starts. While out shopping, I decided to stop at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Maynardville Pike in Knoxville, and honestly, that ended up being kismet. Jade immediately stepped in to help me. She brought out the OBDII scanner to check what was going on after all the work I had done. Unfortunately, it would not connect or pull any codes. Then things got worse. The SUV would not start at all, and I was completely stuck in the parking lot with no way home. After talking through everything, Jade suggested trying another camshaft position sensor (the one I bought was a cheap aftermarket on) to see if that would fix the issue. She helped me get the tools I needed and made sure the install went smoothly. It only took about 20 minutes, and I did the whole job right there in front of the store with her support and friendly chatter the whole way through. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. Jade genuinely cared, and in this day and age, when humanity feels bleak and lost sometimes, that means a lot. Jade did not just do her job. She showed real empathy and compassion, which is something the world needs more of. While helping me, she even shared some of what she is personally dealing with, and it created a real connection that you just do not get anymore. You all seriously need to give her a raise, a promotion and giant thank you, from me, I mean that. After getting our 5 year old Duralast battery jumped-off, we drove to Advanced Auto Parts, priced a battery over the phone, but decided to give autozone a call since they're the ones who sold the Duralast brand. Eddie was more than helpful matching up the right battery, testing the old one to verify fault, and giving me different price options to choose from. I was interested in the three year Gold battery, but when I asked Eddie if he happened to notice what my old battery was when he tested it, and he said it was just a 2-year battery that had lasted that long. Even though he could've used the opportunity to take advantage of me and upsell a 3 year, he was honest and gave us the less-expensive 2 year battery! (Most parts stores wouldn't contain such integrity as I've learned from personal experience of having been taking advantage of in the past) Eddie was intelligent, smiling, helpful, and patient with me. He went above and beyond to get us back into a state of security and peace of mind with our car's health. He even sold me some battery terminal lubricant to protect against corrosion. I had already purchased a new set of felt washers in the trunk from a recent battery replacement for another vehicle we own, but he made sure I knew to use them to prolong the battery's lifespan! My wife and I were grateful to have found a man who wanted to take care of US first, then our car. And more importantly, someone who wasn't just out for the sell, but to help!
