I said he was rude and would get a bad review. His reply? "No worries." It doesnt matter what his perspective of the interchange might be. The bottom line is he didnt care about how his words and actions reflects on him and his company. I cannot see ever returning to that dealership again or to any company that employs representatives who have "no worries" about offending customers and who say they are "busy" in order to pressure their customers. Does he or the dealership have "no worries" about the spread of negative word of mouth that results from such a flippant attitude?
