Than my car started stalling and I had to leave somewhere else for another two weeks because he told me just bring it to a shop since I have warranty. Than I had to give it back to him to fix and he told me both times that "everything is fixed it's a great car" and it now it doesn't drive....again. And I only purchased the car a month and a half ago. and I have only driven my car for a told of 8 days in the whole month of a half. Gave me the car with dull tires, bad transmission, bad battery, oil leak, and a headlight out. I have had to miss weeks of work because I have had no vehicle. They aren't so "reliable"

Unacceptable Warranty Gatekeeping and Severe Safety Negligence on a 2025 Model…read more I brought my 2025 Mazda 3 (only 8,400 miles) to this service department experiencing severe powertrain and driveability issues. Clear engine misfires felt right from the driver's seat, erratic RPM fluctuations on hot starts, and a highly dangerous loss of acceleration power in traffic & merging into traffic. The vehicle cannot reach its proper operating temperature because the coolant control valve is stuck wide open. I provided them with clear photographic evidence showing the temperature gauge sitting dangerously low after a continuous, two-hour drive in 60-degree weather. I even had the Service Advisor come sit in the vehicle to physically look at the temperature sitting well below normal. Instead of treating this as an emergency powertrain safety issue, Team Mazda treated me with complete hostility and actively discriminated against my vehicle simply because I purchased it from CarMax. Completely ignoring that a New Vehicle Limited Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty is fully binding on this VIN. Because the car isn't showing a hard dashboard light yet (despite the fact that Mazda's proprietary MDARS tool would instantly read the raw sensor anomalies and misfire data), they claimed this catastrophic failure was "perfectly normal." Worse yet, they refused to perform an emergency diagnostic slot and told me I had to wait a full week to even have the car looked at, explicitly stating to continue driving a vehicle that cannot safely accelerate or merge into traffic. This is a severe corporate liability violation, an absolute failure of basic safety protocols, and a total exploitation of their local dealership monopoly. I am bypassing Team Mazda completely and paying out of my own pocket to have my vehicle flatbed-towed an hour away to Acadiana Mazda in Lafayette just to receive competent, safe factory warranty service. I have initiated a formal dealer compliance case file with Mazda Corporate, and a vehicle safety complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) regarding this location's refusal to repair an active powertrain safety hazard. Avoid this service department at all costs!

In 25 years of driving, I have never written a bad review for a service center. I have never been…read morelied to nor experienced disrespect like I did here. Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

Service review for an oil change Dec 2023…read more Todays experience with Royal GMC service in Baton Rouge, LA was service number 4 and I will honestly say it will be the final time I ever use this dealership service for ANY reason at all. The service at this dealership is a complete disaster and a failure which is a direct indication of the lack of leadership from the service manager. Absolutely shameful that current problems have been consistently occurring for almost 12 months. Before I write my review on what went wrong today, I do have to give credit to Hannah (service front desk). Without her help and consistent apologies, this review would have been a zero stars. Hannah went above and beyond to help clean the mess that was left behind by the service technician. Absolutely nothing that occurred today was her fault, in fact she deserves all the praise and credit because she was the only employee who cared enough to provide a solid customer experience. The service technicians at this dealership DO NOT treat your car with respect. today was the second consecutive time in which grease and oil from the technicians hands were left all over the interior of the car. The seats, door panels and center arm rest was covered with oil and grease. Once I brought my concerns up to Hannah she sprinted into action attempting to make the situation better by cleaning up after the technicians. A complete disappointment with every level of management at this dealership. Customer be warned....until they start to address management changes, you need to take your car to another dealership

I left there with so many add-ons that I didn't know I was agreeing to. It increased the cost by thousands of dollars. I went back the next day to remove all the 'extras' that were tacked on. No luck. He told me they couldn't remove them. I then called Honda Corporate and they said it could all be removed and refunded. Went back to Team Honda and told them what Corporate said. Their response was they could remove them but chose not to. I traded my new Honda in for a Toyota. I really liked my salesman, but the finance guy, not so much. I cannot recommend this dealership. I know I will never spend my money there again.
