I have tried other P.T. locations and received rubber bands and an exercise paper then sent home from Kaiser. I called my doctor and requested Mile High P.T. & Balance center where I received expert care and recovery in a well equipped center by pleasant professional staff. All of my friends who find a need to rehab from injury or surgery, I send them to Mile High P.T. & Balance. Thank you Dr. Wolfe.

I decided to select Mile High Physical Therapy, in the Lowry neighborhood. I am glad that I chose this practice. I randomly selected Mile High, after surfing the list of Humana in-network PT providers. After about 10 unsuccessful tries at other practices, Mile High was the only call whereby someone, a human, answered the phone. That was my first clue that they would offer personalized service. I worked with both doctors, Kimberly Houston, and Padeu Wolfe, who seriously compliment each other, well-representing the elegance and ambiance of the minalist modern decor. They use state of the art tools, including the Kinesis cable system, and an elastic flex wand/bar that just fascinated me! Between Dr. Kimberly Houston and Dr. Padeu Wolfe, not only did I work on their sophisticated cable system, and magic wand, I received the most gentle massages in the damaged area, my rotator cup. This was the cherry on the top of my sessions, like having key lime pie after a satisfying meal. In addition, I received a list of diagrams, depicting exercises that I could do at home. And, I did them. This practice offers high-end like personal service and care.

He…read morekeeps things interesting, always switching up exercises for a slow progression, explaining why and what each exercise does. He finds just the right balance between not pushing too hard beyond my pain threshold yet still keeping me on track in regaining range of motion and strength. Lucas even helped me by writing a letter to my employer that allows me to work remotely while I am in the most intensive phase of my rehabilitation. I have had previous physical therapy on my knee somewhere else and stopped going because there was simply no value. I was mostly left unsupervised, and could do those exercises alone in the gym. That is NOT the case here. Lucas is with me all the way, giving 100% attention, and as I said, always progressing so that things don't get boring. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Sometimes my experience comes off weird or even intimidating when I schedule treatment with other professionals such as chiropractors or other LMT's. I sought out RMS&S out of desperation for my chronic lower back pain and they happen to be across the stress from my home. Dr Lucas has been so remarkably kind and professional, and levels with me as a fellow bodyworker. His intake is thorough and to the point. He's able to explain movement patterns to me honestly and without any fluff or condescension, as I've experienced from some doctors in the past. He's helped me understand and validate some suspicions I've had about my body, and gave me things to work on in between appointments. I've never had dry needling done, (needles and I are NOT simpático) but I'm willing to give it a shot with Lucas and see what happens! He's really friendly and knowledgeable, and I'll do my best to send my clients his way. If you've been looking for a PT give him a try!

At each session I was re-taught exercises I'd been taught the previous week. The therapist left me to do repeated exercises, while they checked their phone, other patients, or just chatted loudly with others. I'm also not a fan of the community style room and being juggled with other patients. One appointment, I overheard another patient say, "see you in a few days." The writing was on the wall for me. This would be weeks or months of the very same thing. Or I could just do these same exercises at home and save my time and money. I understand that some conditions truly do require ongoing therapy, but CACC is definitely not the right place for me.

I was referred to CACC by my PCP for mild shoulder tendinitis. This was my first experience with PT and while I didn't know what to expect, this place didn't meet the mark. For starters, it's not guaranteed that who you're scheduled with actually leads your appt. Noting that when I frequented this place it was at a time they had a student intern rotation- which is great- but there was no advance notice of being attended to by a student intern. I found the Clinic Director to not reflect values of the brand (per source materials from the website, CACC comms newsletters, etc) CACC utilized the app Limber which was never updated in a timely fashion. Save your time, pass, or try elsewhere.
