The doctors, the staff are all professional, helpful, caring. They treat you with respect and like a real person not a dollar sign. They are really concerned with your health. They go above and beyond to get you better. I have been to them twice. I had the option to go somewhere else with my recent car accident. I said" no way" I will only see Dr Jay and Dr V and the other doctors at Therahand. With my first accident they have got me from not walking and in major pain to being able to do CrossFit. Now with my second accident I couldn't hardly walk or usr my left arm. I also couldn't find anyone to help me get the proper diagnosis. They found me places that take patients like me with no insurance and I was able to get my brain treated and MRIs done. They are treating my other issues and I believe It's only a matter of time before they have me back at CrossFit. If you are looking for someone to truly care about your recovery this is the place. I just completed 6 weeks of therapy at Therahand Wellness Center. I was suffering from knee pain, medially and in my patella tendon. On my first visit, Nicole evaluated me and began my treatment. Over the 6 weeks of treatment, I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jeff, Ted, Jessica, Kate and Erica. Each therapist provided me with meaningful exercises, great massages and extra treatments to work on my problem knee. After 6 weeks, my pain level dropped significantly and I am moving much more comfortably. From the time I walked in to the office and was pleasantly greeted by the office staff to the time that was given to me during my appointment by qualified trained therapists, I knew I was in good hands. My mother and I were recently in a car accident so our doctor ordered us to start physical therapy. My mother has been to Therahand before, but I was nervous about going because I have never been to PT before. It's only been few short months but since then, and I can't begin to express my gratitude towards Therahand. Everyone in that office instantly becomes your friend. They are professional, they treat you with respect and listen to how you feel sincerely and they don't make your pain feel insignificant. I played on a rugby team in high school and was injured during a game. I was treated for my injured knee awhile ago by Dr. Jae and regret not writing this review earlier. I had a fantastic experience at this location. I was helped immediately by the friendly front desk when I arrived and was treated in such a timely manner. Dr. Jae was very professional and always ensured I was comfortable and cared for. I felt very informed about my injury and what I can do outside of the center to bring healing to injury as soon as possible.
