The facility itself looks pretty much like your average physical therapy office, with all of the usual equipment you would expect to see, including resistance bands, exercise balls, treatment tables, and other equipment used for different exercises and treatments. It's nothing particularly fancy, but it has everything you need for a good physical therapy experience. The staff was definitely one of my favorite parts. Everyone was really friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my time there. Physical therapy can sometimes feel intimidating or uncomfortable, especially when you're dealing with an injury or pain, but the staff did a good job of making me feel like I was in a safe and supportive environment. They were also very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely understand what could help with different injuries and areas of pain. I especially found the dry needling to be really helpful. It was something I hadn't necessarily expected to like, but I personally noticed a difference from it and found it to be one of the more helpful treatments I received. If dry needling is an option for you and your physical therapist thinks it could be beneficial, I would definitely recommend giving it a try! Overall, I had a good experience coming here for physical therapy. The facility is pretty standard, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff really make the difference. They took the time to work with me and help me figure out what treatments and exercises were most beneficial. Their office staff is knowledgeable and also helpful, in that they will send you what needs to be filled out, paperwork-wise, or what you need to know before a procedure via PDF, etc etc... They specialize in back pain, typically, but they can do MANY different things. Dr. Bainbridge as well as the other body therapists and NPs, Doctors, etc are all very knowledgeable and can usually tell you if they can help you out with your issues, or if you may need to see a surgeon, or whatever else may be needed... but they will for sure take good care of you, and get you through the "process" with minimal bullcrap. They of course have to follow the rules and restrictions that the State and Federal government place on them, but they are also understanding people and they will help you if you are in pain, for sure. I still have some day to day pain, that peaks in between doses of my medicines, but considering that my spinal column is in pretty awful shape... they have got me to the point where, I can at least sort of get out and do some things. I was basically stuck in the house all the time before I got in to see them, and I don't regret my choice in provider at all.

People got to eat. Somebody happen to come out and explain that there are 2 desk stations , one for Orthopedic doctor visits and another for PT visits. They told us to come back in a bit later and someone would help. Came back and made an appointment and asked if they could call with the co-pay amount, they said they would call 24 hours before the appointment with that amount. No phone call was given. 1st appointment had to be cancelled by them because the PT woman got sick , rescheduled with a different PT person. Very thorough 1st appointment. He was very good. Heard around the office that people were getting ill. Came back a second time , overheard one PT guy telling his patient he was ill and the patient said she had gotten sick too. We got sick and now another PT person said he was sick. Geeze thats an issue and this place needs to get a deep clean.
