I've had PT a couple of times before in a different state and Rebound was the best. The atmosphere is congenial, light and professional and educational. My recovery was great and my knee is doing well a year post op. I've referred a couple of friends to Rebound and would go back there again without hesitation if I needed PT again. I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

Unfortunately I had missed the full first month of PT. I saw Brien in his previous work and he got me back up to speed with PT and then carried me forward. I have come home to Billings and saw my shoulder surgeon and he commented on how well my PT went and said I was in remarkably good shape and would see me back in five months. I was given many twisting of the back exercises which caused additional irritation to my therapy. I feel the therapist was not experienced enough. The therapist used college students rather than interact with me. On one occasion the therapist told me that he wanted to hurt me. I did not find that statement very a professional. I did not finish my therapy with them and would recommend.
