I've had PT a couple of times before in a different state and Rebound was the best. The atmosphere is congenial, light and professional and educational. My recovery was great and my knee is doing well a year post op. I've referred a couple of friends to Rebound and would go back there again without hesitation if I needed PT again. Djimmer, Suzanne and the rest of the staff are great.

I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

My bill had an excess of $99.31 that they did not check or pre-clear with my very transparent Platinum healthcare plan. They added additional billing services after my appointment without proper disclosure and insurance checks, resulting in a larger bill that was sent to my insurance and myself. Also, it makes no sense how they charged so much for a 20-30 minute period with no reason to provide when I called them.. other than the fact that they will need to check it again. If you cannot explain it, you have a BIG PROBLEM and this only makes what you do SHADY and UNTRUSTWORTHY. I will not continue my sessions here or make overpayments with a lack of transparency, honesty, and failure to follow the insurance process to check properly beforehand as I required. No other customers should either. The complaint is lodged directly with my insurance and also directly with Select Physical Therapy. My insurance themselves are very concerned with how this business operates. Any denial response from the business is considered lip service due to the lack of due diligence and proper processes being followed. I am happy to provide any necessary evidence to Yelp staff to validate anything stated in this review. It is necessary the community know about what is happening here and that they exercise their discretionary legal right to get healthcare support ELSEWHERE than here. I definitely won't be coming here for my continued recovery due to the concerns above. I was skeptical when I read Debbie's one-star review also found here on yelp. I can validate that what Debbie is sharing is correct from my experience.

I arrived with little to no range of motion, and a jaded outlook as my attempts at avoiding surgery at a different PT clinic had epically failed and left me worse off. When I called to make my first appointment, I relayed my concerns -- and unlike the other clinics I called, I wasn't dismissed, but rather scheduled with the clinic director with more extensive experience and advanced certifications. To say that I've been pleased with the progress made entirely possible due to the hands-on treatment, customized therapy sessions, communication about at-home exercises, pain management and an understanding of the non-linear progress that is postoperative healing, is an understatement. Any hands-on doctor/patient care requires a healthy dose of trust; trust that is earned. Dr. Dunn and Physical Therapy of the Rockies have earned my trust. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my physical therapy care going forward.
