You see, I had come through and accidentally weed whacked a sprinkler head on our system. The wife had punctured a hole in a line feeding our flower beds out front. Which caused geysers of water and a lack of pressure in much of the rest. The grass wasn't growing, the HOA was unhappy, and I was working too hard. Enter the Lawn MD guys. In less than an hour, they'd repaired and replaced every sprinkler head and system part that was damaged. They improved the spray and height and exposure for the water, showed us how and where it wasn't working right, what they improved, when to water and not to water, and even explained the timer settings and exactly how to use it. Even gave us recommendations for when and how to improve the soil conditions. And then the damages. They were less than HALF of what we initially budgeted for. $150 for the complete service?!? They seriously did more work replacing the parts for cheaper than what I'd priced out for my own part buying. If I had known, I'd have called them A LOT SOONER. Seriously. You should, too.

We had them repair/refresh an old broken sprinkler system, add a modern smart contoller, replace old broken landscape lighting with new more durable units and a more reliable timer system, and replace a lot of dumpy looking bushes with clean planter beds full of nice low maintenance plants. They gave us a detailed quote with a fair price, and the work was done quickly and professionally. They came back out a few days afterward to make sure we were happy with the job and made a couple of small extra adjustments we asked for. It feels great to have the yard looking great again with everything working! We highly recommend them, and will definitely call BrightWater again when we need this kind of work in the future.

Our yard was unsaveable and the HOA was breathing down our necks. We bit the bullet and got 3…read moreestimates to have the old sod removed and new sod replaced. We chose Madewell because they were reasonably priced and didn't try to BS us like the other two. Not sure why some contractors think eveyone is ignorant just because they dont want to be bothered with doing the job themselves. We did our homework. This was a 3 stage process. Stage one...spay and kill off the the old grass and weeds. Stage 2...the next week they removed all the old dead grass and weeds. Stage 3...laying of the new sod, which actually happened over a month later because of COVID-19 and waiting for good healthy sod. They also adjusted all the sprinklers if needed to make sure there was adequate coverage. The sod was delivered from the sod company and looked beautiful and healthy. We watered for 30 min, 2x a day for a month. Our lawn is absolutely beautiful and healthy and by week 3 had already taken to the soul. We get compliments all the time. My neighbors are probably just happy not be looking at a dirt yard any longer. Things that I found issue with along the way: clean-up wasn't as good as I would have liked, but I am very particular; and communication was not the best. Despite that, I couldn't be happier with the end result.
