I always love going to Tractor Supply. It's on the west side of the Expressway. Tractor Supply has all kinds of ranch supplies, supplies and feed for livestock and all kinds of pets, including veterinarian type items (dewormer, flea and tick treatments, etc.) They're one of the least expensive places for dog food. In fact, you can bring your dogs in on a leash (ours was intrigued by the baby chicks for sale), and they have a dog wash studio in the back where you can wash your dog. Since I mentioned baby chicks, they usually have some on hand along with supplies for your own chicken coop. Yes, it's a place where you can pick up chicks... I like to browse their clothes section which specializes in work and western wear for both men and women. They even have boots, hats, belts, the whole outfit. Of course, lots of work boots. There is always a few tables of stuff men like such as tools, baseball caps, tape measures, and things which are great stocking stuffers for men. They usually have a nice selection of country home style decorations, and a garden section which sells both vegetable and food plants as well as flowering and landscaping plants. Leading up to Christmas they sell live cut Christmas trees for some of the best prices around - though the selection is not as extensive as other places. They've got lawn mower, zero turn riding mowers, wheel barrows, fencing, stock tanks, and the list goes on. They also have tools, hardware, work trailers and hitches, etc. It's really worth the drive to check them out. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I like Tractor Supply and think you will too!

On my first visit the customer service was excellent and energetic, they answered my questions and I had picked out a bow that I was very interested in. We discussed the price and the fact that it was discounted because it was a couple of years old, old inventory essentially. My second visit I was intending on shooting the bow and purchasing it, if after shooting it, it felt comfortable. The staff this visit were not as helpful and the store was a little busier. Excited about the bow I waited for 30 minutes, I told this was the wait time. It became abundantly clear to me after waiting though, I was going to be waiting much longer. I spoke with the gentleman about the wait and he convinced me to come back in the morning so I did. I arrived at point blank about 10 am with a friend who was interested in a back up bow as well. I shot my bow and with the help of the bow technician, I was shooting it comfortably. My friend proceeded to shoot a bow as well and was legitimately interested as the same discount should have been applied to the bow he was eyeballing. We gathered our bows and made it to the register where the prices we were met with were higher than expected. Even the clerk apologized and said the can't honor the quoted prices but acknowledged they were instructed to sell them at said prices. Needless to say I feel like the staff pulled the old bait and switch on us. We did not buy the bows and will look elsewhere for a good deal.
