Brendan then was…read morea no-show for the rescheduled appointment and ended up showing up an hour and a half late after begging me to give him another chance. Brendan was then late on delivering the inspection report and when it was delivered it was left mostly blank, included no pictures, and contained only vague information (what little there was). Brendan then charged an astronomical amount for the inspection to my credit card (4-5 times what other companies cand would not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. DO NOT ISE THIS SERVICE. Note: Brendan made mistakes but did work with me to fix them and make them right the best he could, I gave him 3 stars instead of the original 1 star.

Second, they have one set up inside, but they don't want you to get in. Why would you have one set up and not let customers use it? Seriously!? And finally, the last straw, I asked since we couldn't use the one inside and the one outside didn't have the jets I wanted, could they set up the one I wanted to buy? The answer was NO, not going to happen. I couldn't believe it. I was willing to drive back another day (it takes a while to set them up) but the manager didn't want my business. He wouldn't even consider it. I truly haven't been that upset in a long time. It wasn't just that they wouldn't set it up, but his demeanor was simply ugly. It was obvious that they did not want to sell me anything. He was very rude, I couldn't get out of their fast enough. I haven't been treated that bad by a salesperson in a long time. In fact, I don't think I have ever been treated that badly by a salesperson. He made me feel...bad, like I was an idiot for thinking I could buy something from him. So I went to the other hot tub dealer in town and bought one of theirs.
