It's typically clean and safe and works well. - Decent price - nice washers and dryers that almost all always work (only an occasional one down for maintenance) - cash to quarter machines are available - has vending machines for soap/softener, laundry bags, snacks and drinks. - old school blue bucket bench seats (some are sketchy - sit carefully) - on-site bathrooms for customers, - a tv on a random channel at all times - a utility sink Typically the place is clean and people treat it with respect and are friendly as they do their wash. But occasionally people drop off their laundry in machines and don't come back to remove it for hours.... which can be annoying if they are busy. And per typical human behavior there are always a few folks that think there is someone to pick up after them, which is said but not uncommon. And the hand painted laundry-themed murals are adorable!

The attendant there met my teenage son at the door and refused to let him in. She placed her hand on doorframe and positioned her body in the doorway. She told him that ALL his clothes wouldn't be done by 10pm and that he couldn't come in. My teenage son told her he only had one load and that it wasn't 9pm yet. I came to the door and after going back and forth with her she finally let us in. I was upset because she knew the machines would turn off by 9pm and her not letting us in could have stopped us from being able to wash. Once inside, she continued to make remarks to us about us being in the laundromat so late. We were belittled and talked down to the entire time we were there. Even after speaking with the manager over the phone, she continued to talk down to us while on the phone with her boss for another 30 minutes. Her boss didn't tell her to stop or hang up so we could be respected as the customer. This is all because she didn't want us to be in there so she could go home early instead of finish her shift. I am disappointed and offended at the treatment I received at this location.

My problem was that I supplied an unscented detergent for sensitive skin since I have a lot of allergies. When I got my order back, lightning fast too, it reeked of dryer sheets, which were even in the plastic wrapping. I have to bring them to my local laundromat to be redone since my entire house now smells of perfume/dryer sheets. I guess to some it's not an issue but for those of us with allergies, it really is. Not sure if I'll use them again or not, they are very pricey, but again service is excellent, just was very disappointed with my first order.

The machine then was flashing and not allowing me to continue. Employee advised I wait for machine to reset. That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one. My comforter was completely dry when I removed it so it's not like the washing process had started. What business has you pay for something and not give you what you paid for? I won't be back.
