Purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper S Convertible from Tawana Ho in the sales department. She was super professional as well as proficient. Great personality wIth good humor. Made the experience of buying quite easy. We went back and forth with some pricing but got a deaL I was comfortable with on my first vIsit. Car was ready and perfect as expected upon arrival. We couldn't be happier! 5 stars!

One of the best car experiences I've ever had. Everyone was super nice and they even have a shop dog.. walked in, test drove, did the paperwork and picked up my ride the following Friday. Couldn't be any happier ... Just witnessing the work environment made me want to work there hahaha

Really top notch team. Very impressive indeed. I don't buy cars day in and day out. But being a car owner, I have had my fair share of experiences - good and bad. This one stands out. This is a brand new dealership and is equipped with everything that is needed to make the car buying process such a joy. The showroom has all the latest models on display interspersed with sales desks and couches and refreshments and accessories for sale. They even have a pet mascot (pic below) - so cute! Just a great ambiance right from the time you get off Route 3 and take exit 14 and into the showroom. Oh btw, who doesn't like some rad beats playing in the background while you are waiting in the showroom while the team is working to get things done? Almost a night club - minus the disco ball! The team here at South Shore Mini is - Fantastic. Especially the one person that I dealt with for the majority of my first experience at this swanky showroom / service center that they recently opened here in the South Shore. LUIGI. He is a star! From the moment I realized I was ready to switch and go for a new ride, the Service team introduced me to him - in Sales. They go by motoring advisers at Mini USA. And god knows he is probably The Best member of the Sales force here. He made the entire transaction of trading in my previous awesome Mini to get a brand new one - such a great experience. The things I don't like about Sales guys when it comes to car dealerships is exactly what this dude is NOT. He understood where I was coming from, was very patient in hearing out my side of the equation, what exactly i was looking for, what were the best possible options I was looking for. Not a very tough person to deal with but when it comes to making decisions about cars, I take my time. He made sure he did not push me to a point where I would have changed my mind and walked out - which I have done - not many a times - but I have. When sales guys try to over sell something that you don't want and something that you are not convinced about, it is very easy for me to walk away. He was Not that sales guy. He was there to answer all my queries, and very clear in providing me all the information that I needed to think about my options and made the suggestions that only a Good Sales person would make - taking into consideration not only the commission that he would make for one transaction, but in order to gain customer Loyalty. Those are exactly the kind of skills that he possesses and displayed. Again - I can go on and on and on about how good this experience was thanks to him and also, everyone else that i got to interact with during this process. This guy represents - in my mind - the face of this dealership! Absolutely a stellar performance. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person to help me with this. Also, very happy with Tom and his team on the service side and also Alex and Rachel. They were all nice and very helpful indeed. An awesome team really. I am totally enjoying my new ride and am so impressed with the follow ups. And I know for a fact, that anytime I will have to visit this dealership for anything in the future - probably service; it will be a great experience - just like the first one. If I have to go by this past weekend, I know South Shore Mini has absolutely gained a loyal customer in me!

At the…read moretime of purchase, both the salesperson and finance manager told me the extended warranty I bought could be used at any mechanic. Recently, when my local shop contacted the warranty company, they were told the vehicle must be serviced at the selling dealer unless that dealer declines the repair. When I contacted Herb Chambers Lexus, I was told they would not decline it and that the work had to be done through them -- which contradicts what I was told at purchase. I was then told that "any Herb Chambers location" could service it. However, my local Herb Chambers dealership informed me they do not have the equipment to diagnose this brand and referred me back to Lexus. To add to the frustration, I was initially told I would receive a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience, only to be called back 10 minutes later and told that was a mistake. This has been a disappointing experience due to inconsistent information and lack of clarity about the warranty terms. Buyers should make sure they get warranty usage details in writing before purchasing. I will say the buying experience was nice and easy, with the exception of the misinformation

I Recently did a deal mostly with Kyle but also dealt with Steve & Ronnie…read more I could not of asked for a better deal and everything went very smoothly. After my deal I saw a couple of things on my plow that were wrong I reached out to Kyle first and he said right away bring it back we can change it out or fix it, then I reached out to my local Fisher Plow dealer, They told me it would roughly be a couple hundred dollars, Kyle told Steve and they told me to just have them repair it and they would send me a check right out, well the same day I sent the bill to Kyle he sent me a picture of the check and they mailed it out right away. All of…read morethe following are %100 facts. 1- I contacted the owner to ask what the address was (because no addresses are listed online because the place is out in the middle of no where) 2- I then drove 2 hours from CT to see all the trucks there. Well no one was there and the entire property is a locked fence with barbed wire 8 ft tall. Why the heck didn't he tell me this when I said I was on my way to see some trucks? The tiny place looked vacant. So my trip was worthless. 3- I called and called and called all 3 numbers. Texted the numbers. No one ever responded to me until a day later a guy named Kyle chain texted me back very unprofessionally. (No comment). 4- All the trucks are the most horrible rust buckets I've ever seen. All they do is slobber black paint over everything to hide the problems (from what I could see through the fence). 5- They had 31 trucks listed online and as I arrived I was quite upset to see about 11. Bait and switch city! 6- check merchant circle and other review sites. This place is such a scam. DO NOT GO HERE IM WARNING YOU.

Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know…read moresometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!
