    We came here looking for a new car. Sammy helped us the whole way through. He answered all our questions and explained everything on the cars. Only took 5 days to get the car home. The financial process was good. Overall a great experience. We went with the Lexus es350 2024. Would recommend to anyone

    A tire with glue on it

    Bought a used car 17 explorer had a few cosmetic issues that they promised to fix and after 18 days of them keeping it to fix it right so it was safe for the road they give it back with the same tire on it that was new but had a bad side wall gouge in it .... They glued the gouge back to the tire..

    Herb Chambers Mission Statement, New car Sales Manager apparently never read this or honors it

    Just bought my used car, finally took it home today after the management was dicking around refusing to fix/schedule a repair that should've been done before it was on the lot for sale. Cannot speak highly enough about Caren for selling me the car, she was above the bar when it came to professionalism and putting the customer first. Go to her if you wanna buy new or used from this dealer. When it comes to the financing and anything past the sales person, go to Marcus, do NOT go to Jano Letaif. It's been 8 days since payment for the vehicle, it was being "sold as is" and Jano kept withholding the car, blaming everyone else but herself for her not listening when issues were made aware of. I only had my work van to drive, which anyone knows you can't use them for personal use. Very unsatisfied with Jano and her unprofessionalism and zero consideration for the customer. Really puts shame to Herb Chambers mission statement.

    Went there checkbook in hand to buy a used Audi Q7. My wife…read moreand I drover it with salesperson John and all seemed well. We had done our homework, knew what our trade was worth and were satisfied with the asking price of the vehicle. I went back with said checkbook and sat with John. He lowballed my trade in and had zero interest in moving either the price of the car or the trade in. ZERO. He undercut my trade in by $1500 and when I asked if he wanted to hear my counter offer he said it didn't matter, he wasn't moving. $1500 is not a large gap but his complete dis interest and unwillingness to hear an offer had me packing up my stuff and leaving. If you're serious about buying a car you won't find a less serious place to have your time wasted. I immediately drove to Audi Westwood and bought a better one because they actually wanted to sell me something. It was nice to feel like a customer and not an annoyance to an entitled salesman. I spent way more money in Westwood and was happy to do it. Big mistake.... BIG.

    I Recently did a deal mostly with Kyle but also dealt with Steve & Ronnie…read more I could not of asked for a better deal and everything went very smoothly. After my deal I saw a couple of things on my plow that were wrong I reached out to Kyle first and he said right away bring it back we can change it out or fix it, then I reached out to my local Fisher Plow dealer, They told me it would roughly be a couple hundred dollars, Kyle told Steve and they told me to just have them repair it and they would send me a check right out, well the same day I sent the bill to Kyle he sent me a picture of the check and they mailed it out right away. All of…read morethe following are %100 facts. 1- I contacted the owner to ask what the address was (because no addresses are listed online because the place is out in the middle of no where) 2- I then drove 2 hours from CT to see all the trucks there. Well no one was there and the entire property is a locked fence with barbed wire 8 ft tall. Why the heck didn't he tell me this when I said I was on my way to see some trucks? The tiny place looked vacant. So my trip was worthless. 3- I called and called and called all 3 numbers. Texted the numbers. No one ever responded to me until a day later a guy named Kyle chain texted me back very unprofessionally. (No comment). 4- All the trucks are the most horrible rust buckets I've ever seen. All they do is slobber black paint over everything to hide the problems (from what I could see through the fence). 5- They had 31 trucks listed online and as I arrived I was quite upset to see about 11. Bait and switch city! 6- check merchant circle and other review sites. This place is such a scam. DO NOT GO HERE IM WARNING YOU.

She was rude and unfriendly from the beginning. Instead of showing us the vehicle, she simply handed us the key and said, "It should be in the back, go look for it." She did not sit down with us to discuss anything and repeatedly said she would not provide any information. She mentioned that they were short-staffed and that we needed to be quick "if we were really going to buy." She never asked about our needs, preferences, or how we wanted to handle financing. Instead, she looked at me and said the payment would be $1,000 per month and that I would not be able to afford it. I found that comment extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Buying a car should be an exciting and welcoming experience, but we felt dismissed and judged. After I would not be able to afford it, I found that comment extremely unprofessional and disrespectful" especially when I have 15k cash in my purse for my down payment and she's talking to me like I'm poor!     Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know…read moresometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!
