Relectuantly we let him come out even though it was 24 hours later and we could not open the door without having to lock it behind us so it didnt swing open. The braket was $20 on amazon, and the screws were another $20- it took him less than 2 minutes to change it, and we were going to pay the agreed upon $249- which in my opinion is still WAY too high for something we could have done. He fixed it- with the wrong screws- it looks completely tacky- invoiced for $298- when I called and asked him why he said tax and a $12 credit card fee- and he said....he dosent know he just puts it into they system... The math dont math Matt. 249+ 7%=$266 +$12 bs credit card fee $278.....so whats the deal? And why is your fee $249 for 2 minutes of work? Not impressed at all. Very disappointed and Little Old Lynn is in shambles. This was probably the worst experience ever.

And the lady on the phone told me she will connect me with someone nearby. A few mins later I get a call from Dorrant. Very polite and well-mannered. Told he me he will get around a certain time and he did. He has the hands of a god. His ever so gently turns to my safe worked like magic. But anytime I did it. Didn't work. Smh. The representative was not professional and very poor communication…read more He told me he was coming between 5-6pm, he didn't show up and I reached out to him and he said he wanted to come at 8:30-9pm Then he showed up the next morning, in a hurry and didn't complete part of the job and left all the pieces, mess on the floor. He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.
