It is obviously scary and it was quickly approaching dusk. I called Roadside Assistance as I am a AAA member. The dispatcher Mr. Ripley, was very sympathetic and assured me they would find us a tow ASAP. He kindly updated me every 10 minutes and within a very short time sent me the contact information for Earnest, our tow truck driver. Mr. Earnest was there within 15 minutes and was so kind and professional and delivered the car to my friend's driveway, leaving the key where we asked him to. Hen I tried to lower my liability they stated it is FL law thst I keep 100/300/100. They tried to give me a lower lisbil when I called to cancel. After my cancellation of auto insurance AAA deceitfully lied and kept most of my refund claiming if they cancelled I would have a lapse in my policy with the new auto insurance company. I was with AAA 12 years and my rates went up from $122/ month to $300 per month. Why? AAA GREED!

He brought a battery and replaced it on one car (whose battery was totally dead. Then he used that car to jump start the second car which still had power left. And his price was far better than a garage. The next morning, both cars started fine. But one car needed a computer restart to restore all features on the dashboard. He came within several hours ( this was now Saturday) and reset the computer. I HIGHLY recommend Anthony to anyone. If you are stuck on the road or in a parking lot, he is the one to call!!!
