Omer was super helpful. As soon as I realized I got locked out my car I remembered I had gotten his service before and texted him right away. He responded almost instantly and got to my location in 20 minutes. When he got here he literally only took 1 minute if that to unlock my car! He's super nice and you can't beat the price. read more

Wonderful. Omer is a caring locksmith you will be happy with his service. Great value honest and hard working

They had an open sign on their door when I needed to get keys made in a hurry, but there was nobody there. And when I would call the number, it would go to voicemail. So if you're not going to be there, please don't put an open sign in your window. read more

I got a txt from Omer at C & D Locksmith when I searched Yelp for a Locksmith/Handyman. I txt'd him a little after 6:15 pm because I needed to change my front door lock. I was hoping he could come first thing the next morning, but he said he was booked and could come the following afternoon. I told him that wouldn't work (someone tried breaking into my house overnight a screwed up my lock). Then he said he could come over 'now'. Talk about impressed! He arrived at 6:40 pm and had the job done by 7:25 pm. He then cleaned up the sawdust from drilling and the old locking system. It took longer to program my iPhone than to install my Seifgard Smart Home Lock. Omer had his truck parked at my driveway and I could see that it looked like a 'hardware store on wheels' inside. He wouldn't have to 'come back tomorrow and finish the job' if he needed a tool or part. Omer was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly in fixing my broken front door lock, and I will definitely call on him for any future locksmith requirements. read more

We had an issue, locking ourselves out of the garage on a Sunday evening, so we needed a deadbolt lock unlocked. Omer was super responsive, responding to my Yelp project request very quickly. Price quoted was very reasonable and he arrived at our house within 30 mins on a Sunday night (with no up charge)! He finished the job in 15 minutes and took a credit card for payment. Fast, easy, efficient...can't ask for more. Highly recommend Omer from CD Locksmith for super responsiveness, fair and reasonable pricing, and exceptional service. read more

I do not know how to retract or edit a recent review i have left for this business. I only can say I made a huge mistake when I believed they did something wrong actually I just did not know my new car and mistakenly assumed that during the key copying, they did turn off my safety features. Even when Omar knew it had nothing to do with what they did (done lots of this kind of work) he went out of his way to research it- and contacted me with solutions and ideas. There was nothing wrong with the car. My mistake and as I even wrote in the previous review the key copying/cut/programming was done at my place within 1/2 hr after they arrived on the same day when i contacted them.CD locksmith's price was very reasonable. Sorry again Omar.Great business owner/great service.I would and will recommend to anyone who needs their service. read more

Omer showed up when he said he would be here, made a new key fob for my wife's Lexus and was on his way in 15 minutes. The key fob was a Lexus OEM and not a third party one. His price was as good or better than anyone else. And he is personable as well. Would highly recommend him. read more

Very impressed with Omar and his knowledge. He saved us hundreds pf dollars in making a new fob for our Audi. We initially had some difficulty with the fob's reprogramming. Omar went out of his way to resolve and corrected it by his purchasing an OEM fob to insure it worked. Omar is very honest and we are glad we found him and will use him again if and when needed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. read more

I do not know what kind of work they do because we set up an appointment for them to come to my house on Sunday to change locks. I called when he was late and he kept saying I got a new phone and forgot to put it down. We had to call someone else. Very in organized read more

Exactly what you expect from a professional: fast, knowledge and the best customer service . I recommend and validate their business

They came out quickly. The guy who showed up was super polite and helpful. There was one lock that he had to change the barrel out on in order to keep it properly. He did not have the barrel in stock. He said that it would take a couple of days to get one. So we finished the work and let him go. Then, five days go by, and I finally hear from his boss. Oops! I forgot to order the lock. It will be here in another two days. Then he calls me two days later and tells me that he has it, but that the guy will be there sometime today. By 2 o'clock I'm trying to figure out when the guy is coming. Apparently, oops! He can't come, because his entire schedule has been booked up all day. He never could have made it during business hours. I waited all day. Don't waste my time. So i asked the owner if he could come the following day. First thing, I'm told. He did show up that morning. The lack of clarity of communication on the owner's part, and forgetting to order my part are not hugely endearing ways of doing business. The service technician was excellent. The rest of it was odd. read more

Outstanding - cant say enough amazing things about Omer and C & D. In under 5 minutes he had my completely disabled car up and running and it cost me $65 as opposed to what I had been told by the dealership - have it towed to reprogram the key - absolutely nonsense - I would have been out over $1000 if it hadn't been for him! Cannot tell you how much I appreciate your kindness, service and no rip off!!! You are my hero and knight in shining Armour - will 1 million percent recommend you to everyone i know and then some. read more

Finally had to break down and purchase a new Kia FOB, since only using the key seemed to set off my alarm too many times when I tried to open the door. Called Omer on a Sunday and he showed up within 25 minutes after giving me a fair quote for the job. He was personable, efficient, and diligent. Glad I gave him a call. Would definitely use his services again. Toda Omer! read more

Omar rolled up 20 mins late for my appointment at a gas station he chose to meet me at despite I had confirmed the appointment 40 mins earlier. No apologies or anything from him. The lock to our office broke on a Saturday morning. We have visions of spending the whole day, and hundreds of dollars, waiting for a locksmith to come and fix it. Called C&D Locksmith based on the reviews. They were on sight within 45 minutes. Found the problem was just a missing screw and fixed it without fuss. Price was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday. Did not try to up sell. Very professional and polite. Will use again and refer to anyone who needs a locksmith. read more

I hired CD over the phone to program and cut a new key for a used vehicle I just purchased. I gave him the make , model & year and told him I had purchased a new OEM key fob on the internet. He quoted me a price of $125. When they arrived and started trying to program they discovered they needed a pin code in order to program the fob. That was going to be another $100. In the end, the job got done but I'm not happy about it costing an additional $100. I feel like they low balled me to get the job knowing they could charge me more after they got here. read more

I usually do not write reviews but in this case I just had to let people know That if you are looking for a reliable and fast locksmith this is the company to go with. I called C&D locksmiths to have 2 August wifi locks installed on my doors in my house. I asked the owner whose name was Omer when he could do the job and he said give me a couple hours and I will be there. Not only did he send Carlos the repair locksmith but Omer showed up himself later to make sure everything was perfect which it was. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again. read more

Absolutely fantastic service, end-to-end. I called on a Saturday to see about changing a front door lock, fully expecting that this would be a week-long process. Within 30m, Ivan showed up, made a few recommendations on locks, returned to the office to pick up the right model, and then returned to install it. Total roundtrip time from a random call until full lock installation? About 90m. Ivan was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the whole process super easy. I could not recommend them more highly. Steve R. read more
