There's a ninja warrior type obstacle course that they can train and run. They can take karate. There are so many options that your child can find something they truly enjoy. The staff is usually helpful and caring. We have had a few times were we had to email/call teachers multiple times before we heard back. Which wouldn't be annoying if it didn't take weeks to hear anything from them.
