Probably the best dog park that I've been to since we arrived in Virginia. No, it's not super big but it's well kept, poop bags are readily available, fresh mulch on the ground, nice benches to sit on in the shade and fun obstacle course items for the dogs. What I liked best is that people seem to pick up after their dogs at this park, so you don't have to worry too much about your dog or yourself stepping on poop and tracking it home. We all know how much it sucks to try to scrape dog poop out from the bottom of your shoe or trying to get it off your dog's hairy paws. So, I appreciate how clean this park is. Thank you responsible pet owners! The obstacle items are cool if your dog likes agility stuff. Nothing fancy but they have a small tunnel, an obstacle bridge, a jumping bar and hoops for your pup to jump through. Pretty cool in my opinion. Haven't seen that at any of the dog parks out here but at this place. There's no water fountain or hose for water for your dog so be sure to bring your own water and bowl. Other than that I think this park is pretty cool. No, it's not at all huge but I think it does great for my 25lb pup.

A really large dog park I like they have a section with shade of course the only thing I didn't like is the fact that they don't have water available. It's well-kept my dogs definitely had fun running around and chasing a few squirrels That dared to enter.

This spot is nice but just a little scary depending on the type of dogs you have. The dog park fencing is construction netting. There is only one door in and out but there is a big space between where the door ends and the ground begins. So, if you have small dogs you need to be very diligent when your dog is by the door. Any dogs you have to be careful by the door since there is no double door entrance for extra safety for your pup. But, the space is very nice. Lots of grass and spider plants that dogs love. I gave it 4 stars because it is nice it is just the door is a concern. Or if you have rowdy dogs they might take the fencing down in play.

As I've been a resident of South Riding for over 18 years I recently added a family member (German Shepherd) to my family, I've always been skeptical of letting him off his leash for fear of him getting away or worse fighting with other dogs, well yesterday 6/13/18 I decided to go and check out this park and I was floored with how big and well kept it is. Needless to say he met a new friend yesterday and I had a smile from ear to ear watching him play and run as he is meant to do. Thank you for building a place for my Dog and I to socialize with other dogs and their owners. This will be a place for us to go everyday where as I can feel he will be safe and secure.

Fun place to have your four legged family member run. Far better for them than humans. Have been…read morehere several times. It's a decent dog park, but the others in the area, are better than this one. Great folks and of course, dogs of all sizes in the chained up area. If you want to wear a dog out this works. There's a few benches to relax. Parking is plentiful. This spot can get crowded though. I do wish the county could upgrade it a bit. Will they? Not sure but hope so. For now it's basic, but hoping more will be added.

This dog park is very simple. Wide open space enclosed with a chain link fence. There's only about…read more3 park benches within the enclosed area for pet owners and no water station for the dogs. The ground consists of dirt and small gravel reminiscent of kitty litter so probably not a good park to visit after it rains because your pup will be a muddy mess. The wide open space is great for the dogs to run around though and expel some energy. So far this place is the biggest dog park in diameter than any other I've visited in the area. Plus there's a nice grassy field on the other side of the lot for those dogs that do well off leash and not within a confined area. One major dislike is that the poop filled trash cans are right within the doggy park dual gate entrance which isn't at all a welcome scent. I recommend holding your breath while you fidget with the fence to get in and out of the park.
