Randy is the person to go to if you are in a situation like mine, locked your keys in your room or home. He was responsive to my calls/texts right away. He is an older gentleman but do not let that full you, he is strong willed, respectful (to no shoes inside), social, and most important kind. I was recently looking to replace my front door lock hardware & so I called Randy since I knew he lived in the neighborhood and often saw his van when we walked our dogs. It's a good thing I did. When he saw what kind of lock I had, he quickly told me that we had a really high end lock that was well made and encouraged me to allow him to see if he could fix my lock that was sort of 'sticking' when we tried to open it with a key. He ended up coming out the next morning. Apparently, the lock was in need of some spray (not your typical WD-40 either). He ended up making me four new keys as well. Not only did Randy teach me a few things about my lock that didn't know before, but he also taught me a little about the history of this specific Baldwin lock. My lock was for a 3rd garage door that we got locked out of and we did not get the keys from the previous owner. Our remote also got out of sync with the "rolling code" so we could not get into the garage.
