Each day while we were away the room was freshened up. Coffee, instant ceral were provided in the room as well as cream for the coffee. Dishes and glassware were available to use. The room was well supplied with the things we needed. The steps and railings could use a bit of updating for safety and the stairs leading towards the beach area were in much need of repair, to the point that it was not a good idea to venture too far down that path as the lower steps dropped down further than the rest. The handrail at the very bottom was frail and really should not be allowed public access without being made much sturdier. When parking, it required you to back all the way out to the roadway. No viable place to turn around once you drove all the way in. Would we stay here again? Yes we would. I felt it was a good value for the price paid. You could literally hear and see the ocean right from the front room. It is a place that provides a lot of peace and quiet. Probably not the best for a young and noisy partying crowd. It sits right on the beach, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is wonderful. Unfortunately, that was about the only thing I enjoyed this time. I decided to splurge on a suite, but I regretted it. For one of the more expensive rooms, it was in surprisingly poor condition: dinged furniture, rusty air vents, a gouged floor, ripped carpet, stained curtains, and sliding glass doors that were so cloudy I had to open them to enjoy the view. The bathroom appeared to have been recently updated, but I found long strands of hair in it. The service was disappointing, too. At check-in, I was told matter-of-factly, "We don't clean rooms during your stay!" I was there for the better part of a week. If I wanted cleaning, I had to request it a day ahead; otherwise, I could go to the front desk for supplies. Having worked in hotels, I understand that housekeeping costs money. Still, after booking a suite, I didn't expect to have to go downstairs for fresh towels or toilet paper. One afternoon, a nap was interrupted by loud talking outside my room. When it continued, I looked out and found a housekeeper talking on speakerphone. Checkout summed up the stay. The only thing I was asked was whether I wanted a copy of my receipt. There was no question about my stay and not even a thank-you. I'd enjoyed this hotel before, which made this visit especially disappointing.

I can't think of a single thing that we needed; Richard and Ana have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. Arky's uses Hotel quality sheets and towels (all 100% cotton). The bed in the garden view room was incredibly comfortable (king: bamboo pillowtop mattress) with an additional bamboo mattress topper. Plenty of pillow of various soft/firmness. I wouldn't change a thing. I slept like a rock. I'm not sure how many rooms they rent out each night, but there seemed to be different couples and even an entire family staying during our time there. Never once did we hear anyone else in the house unless we left our room. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place over staying at a local hotel; they are priced about the same.

Kim and Wess, the wonderful couple who run Endincott Gardens, pour so much care and love into everything they do. Every dish is handmade and absolutely delicious--easily some of the best food in the county. Beyond the incredible food and setting, the atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and truly restorative. You can feel how much they value their guests and the experience they create. As a local resident, I'm especially grateful that Kim and Wess open their space to the community for events and spa services, even for those of us who aren't staying at the B&B. We stayed in the African suite. It was cozy and extremely comfortable. We didn't have time to use the jacuzzi tub, but it looked spectacular. The complimentary sherry in the decanter was extremely classy and the perfect nightcap to our evening. The long deck was amazing to see the fog roll in and the sun come up. The sounds of the fountain were very relaxing. David was so accommodating and friendly. It is obvious that they take pride in giving their guests outstanding experiences. It's always a pleasure staying at a place like this because it's a break from the cookie-cutter hotels at which I usually stay. There can be some road noise since these rooms are right off of the highway but it's nothing that has kept me awake. The owner and staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I especially like the pet policy. If you're traveling through the area or need to stay for a visit to the beautiful area, I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have dogs.

We pulled the covers back to put or kids in bed and a used pregnancy test flew out. I brought it to the front office and requested new sheet. We had to change our own sheets at 10:30 at night. The next morning we realized the floors and windowsills where disgusting, covered in hair and dirt. We requested our room be recleaned which they did, however the girl at the front seemed very annoyed. We were told by the manager we would be getting a full refund. We never got the refund and they say there is nothing they can do. There were other issues we didn't being up because we were told our stay would be free. Those issues include a broken headboard, the solid wood top actually fell on my son with nails sticking out. We put it back and were just extra aware of it. We also were not provided a coffee maker and our room did not have air conditioning, just a small table fan. All in all I am so mad about this situation, I am usually very understanding, however the lack of cleanliness and dishonesty about the refund is absolutely unacceptable.
