I think it is 4 or 5 stories so there is quite a bit of space here. I haven't seen it fill up to capacity, though I haven't utilized this park and ride regularly on weekdays. If you work in Seattle, live on the I-90 side of Bellevue or nearby, then this park and ride would be the best one to utilize. There are commuter Metro buses that take you from here directly into Downtown Seattle in the morning and back to Bellevue in the evenings. Also numerous local routes on the Eastside stop here. Sound Transit route 554 that runs from downtown Seattle to Issaquah used to stop inside the park and ride, but now stops only at the Eastgate Freeway Station that is a short walk from the parking towers. It offers another option to get to downtown Seattle during the weekdays. When I needed to use it, I have found this facility to be useful for weekday jaunts into Seattle. I like that there is covered parking unlike some other locations on the Eastside. I would however only suggest parking at Eastgate on the weekdays if you are headed to downtown Seattle. Mercer Island Park & Ride is a better option traveling into Seattle on the weekends since the 550 and 554 stop there meaning the wait is shorter and the parking lot is never very full. If you parked here and take the 554 back, make sure to watch the timetable as it is either a half hour or a full hour wait for one depending on the time and day.

That being said, outside of work hours this is actually a really good place to park and venture into downtown Seattle from. The 550 and 554 both stop here, so the wait is not too long for a bus downtown. This is a good place to park for sporting events on the weekend or a Mariners game in the evening on weekdays. Or if you are simply doing shopping or running an errand in town on the weekend or after work. As long as you are not trying to park here during weekday work hours, you won't have too much of an issue here with crowding.

I scheduled a pickup with Starz since they had a promotion at my condo. Through a convenient online form, I was able to set up a reservation, and promptly got a text from them confirming my pickup date and time. I even got a reminder text the day before my pickup. On the day of my pickup, they arrived right on time. Just getting in the Chrysler 300, I was immediately impressed. Available to me was hand sanitizer, candy, gum, a newspaper, and an ipad. There was no need to use the newspaper or ipad, though, as the driver provided great conversation on the way. It was a pleasure to talk to him about my upcoming trip, and he got me to the airport quickly to boot! The most significant part about the service is still yet to be told: After paying him with my credit card, we exchanged handshakes as he handed my luggage to me......... A little while after he dropped me off, I was on my way through to the security line, where I began putting all the contents of my pockets in my bag. It was during this process where I realized what an idiot I was - I forgot my cell phone in his car. In a frenzy, I used my tablet to find Starz' phone number, and called them on the pay phone (who knew these even existed anymore!!!) Calling Starz, I spoke to someone who calmly told me that they would try and get to the airport in about 20 minutes, and told me to meet them at my airline's door in the departures section. I offered to pay again for this drop off, since I assumed the driver was far away from the airport already. It's a small price to pay to be able to keep my phone with me during my trip. Sure enough, the driver arrived about 20 minutes later. I walked up to his car, and he handed my phone to me. I asked him to pull up ahead so he could park and I could pay him again. His response: "No sir, that's ok. Just enjoy your trip." I stood there in shock, as I had just bugged him to drive all the way back to the airport just to drop off my phone. He reassured me that I need not pay him again, and it was then I realized that there is still hope in humanity. To the selfless driver that provided me stellar service, I thank you. Also, a thank you to Starz for employing such great people and for running an efficient operation. I guarantee that I will be using Starz Towncar service for all my future shuttle needs. P.S. For drinks there is sideline bar, groceries and convenience - QFC and Bartell. Coffee? Starbucks. So on and so forth. Across the way there is target, famous footwear and more which is relatively close, it could be walked which is what I did when since I never needed too much at a time. There are plenty of parking spaces and fairly easy to get in and out of. Given how filled up it gets I'd say it's a convenient place as it was for me as well as the folks who regularly come here.

This place thrives because of T-Mobile's headquarter right next door, during the day, it's an invasion from the employees everywhere. Avoid lunch rushes if you're in a rush. People complain about parking, but there's plenty of parking if you just circle around a bit, since it's a pretty in and out area, somebody will be out in a minute. It's convenient for me to walk here without having to go through any crosswalk. There's 3 Starbucks within this complex, one on each side and one inside QFC.
