Wanted to pick up a few sandwiches prior to gold panning ! You pick from 4,6or 8 inch roll and they're priced accordingly. Bread was super good --soft and tasty and the meats , albeit a little skimpy---were good quality. No complaints about service but the restaurant itself was a little dreary and could use a bit of TLC especially outside which was a little off putting. I really like the sandwiches here. The bread is always fresh and soft. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. But it's more like a 2-2.5 The only thing that does bother me is when I ask for "light sauce" I'd like to get LIGHT SAUCE. Every time I order, the sandwich is gushing with their house spread, and the mustard I add. I do not enjoy sandwiches drenched in condiments. How difficult is it to make a sandwich to the customers request? This has made me stop frequenting the place. We now just buy the bread and make our own at home. Please for the love of god! Stopped here for lunch while out exploring. The stairs up from the parking area can be challenging, so I used the ramps. The shop appeared clean and the staff were friendly. A sando, clam chowder bread bowl and a drink was just over $30. I live life with a service dog and this place gets 4 paws up. No access issues. The floor under the table we chose did have some debris from a previous patron. My soup was good. Hot but not insanely so, the bread was toasted and delicious. I was pretty happy with my lunch. The Mr thought he was ordering a crispy chicken sandwich, but it was a crispy onion sandwich. He said it was good, no regrets. They use a measured amount of soup and give you the cup with whatever didn't fit 8n the bowl I liked that. Great soups especially potato. Yum!!! Sandwiches are very good as well. But the best....the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help customers. Specific example... an elderly man was taking a long time to decide and order. You think there was a herd of bulls in the ordering lines. Such snorting and carrying on. The staff let him take his time, answer his questions and took his order so kindly. And kindness is really needed now. I'll be back!!! read more

Pictured is a sandwich so darn good you'd think it's illegal, but everyone that consumes one has the right to remain full! Jalapeño cream cheese, guacamole, turkey, roast beef, and veggies. Something magic happens when turkey, roast beef, and cream cheese come together throw in some heat and you have the right to remain silent, but it'll be hard to! Staff is friendly place is clean, being very new to this area i appreciate the hospitality where I don't feel like I'm going into a chain or fast food place I feel like I'm talking to real people who like sandwiches just as much as me. I was really disappointed with my experience at Sourdough & Co. I went in to buy a sandwich, but they wouldn't let me because I'm 14. I don't understand why age would matter when just trying to get food. It felt unfair and unnecessary. Definitely not a welcoming experience read more

Ate here on 1/19/2025 and will not be back. We had the soup in sourdough bowl and the portion of soup was absolutely miniscule! A small hole about 1.5-inches in diameter was pulled out of the very top of a small sourdough round (not like in the website photos, where most of the top is cut off to fit a true portion of soup) and "filled in" with 3-4 spoonfuls of lackluster roasted vegetable soup. When I say lackluster, I mean I am pretty sure it was basic Campbell's vegetable soup- the one with green beans and corn (which are both not usually present in true roasted vegetable soup). Very expensive dish for $13.99. The sandwiches didn't look much better and were tiny. The "small" is only 4 inches and nearly empty of filling! Not worth it in the least. read more

Actually pretty good sandwich place tucked away at the end of the Main Street. Tried the 4 in sourdough and the Ruben. The bread was the standout. The variety of vegetables were also very good. I would def come back for a quick lunch. read more

I have eaten here a few times now and the sandwiches are always really good. Love the bread! Customer service is good as well.

I love sourdough so naturally I thought this was a great lunch choice. Boy this place knocked it out of the park, and every subsequent time I go there, it's always delicious. The bread makes it! Delicious!!! Fast, friendly and FRESH. We had the French dip - definitely a must have. We also had the Mac and cheese - like homemade and the Greek Salad - also delicious and so fresh and full of goodies. And do not pass up the lemon chocolate chunk cookies! So so so very good! Worse sandwich I've ever gotten there. Lettuce was brown, mustard, provolone and Turkey didn't come close to the edges of the bread. Sourdough was amazing. Very hard for me to get into your shop as I'm in a wheelchair. Sent a friend in while I waited downstairs. I'm so disappointed. I usually get a 6" and eat 1/2 now and other have for dinner. Not today I ate both 1/2's , a cookie, and still not full. 3 pm is not a rush time so that's no excuse for 1/3 of the usual Turkey and cheese. Guess I learned my lesson, make your own. read more

Some of the girls are extremely rude and childish. If you're going to talk shit about customers keep it to yourself or keep it between coworkers. Not to mention a customer asked a question and the girl looked at the customer and said something that had nothing to do with what she asked. I went in to order the special the brisket sandwich with chili coleslaw. After noticing the employee making the sandwich incorrectly adding lettuce not slaw she proceeds to tell me no it comes with lettuce then says it was a corporate change it doesn't come with chili slaw then starts remaking it .. she then says she finds the dressing for the actual chili slaw and can add it if I want .. well yes please thats what your special on the board states in writing and ingredient detail. This is now the third sandwich that is needing to be made due to error. I paid twice now for sandwiches over 10 dollars for it to be incorrectly made. I get home and the one she made tonight was too burnt and hard to consume.. This is a huge let down.. ive spent over 20 dollars for two sandwiches one inedible. read more

They have great sourdough! I like the turkey pesto sandwich and enjoy the poblano chicken soup, so I sometimes order online and pick up to go. I've had issues where I stand in the online pickup area and the cashier ignores me until she gets through the entire line of 6-7 people placing new orders before helping me with my pickup. Keep in mind I ordered my food at least 20 minutes before all of these people and even paid online so all I need is for someone to hand me my food. What's the point of ordering online if I have to wait for 20 minutes anyway?? Also on my last visit I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich with extra house spread and a salad and when I got home there was no pesto and no house spread and no salad dressing. Just a plain dry sandwich and a salad without dressing. Very disappointing. read more

I've been here a few times and the sandwiches were better when they first opened. The last two visits have been disappointing. Recently I ate here with the family for lunch and everyone's bread was a bit overcooked. My turkey sandwich hAd very little turkey on it, especially for $9.99 for an 8". Today I ordered a rueben in rye and they prepared it on sour dough. The meat was tasty although not a lot of it. They offered to remake it but I already waited ten minutes and was hungry. Additionally, while I was ordering a guy came up complaining that he had been waiting twenty minutes for his sandwich. Evidently they lost the tag and were just making it. Mind you, this was around 2:30 pm and they weren't busy. They could have at least offered the guy free chips or something while he continued to wait. I think I'll go across the street to Subsational next time, although I don't know if they have reubens. read more

I showed up at 6:45 to order my food to go and the staff was inside hanging out doing nothing and locked the door when I was walking up and wouldn't serve me. They are shutting down an hour and 15 minutes early and we drove 35 minutes to come and eat here during business hours. Being a vegetarian I should have taken the hint when there was only one veggie option on the entire menu. I went ahead and ordered it for both my son and I as he also has a conscience when it comes to food. What we did not anticipate was an 8 inch carrot sandwich. I think the main vegetable was carrots and they carrots and bell peppers may have also been in their "special sauce". The sourdough was sourdough, nothing to write home about. Ultimately I still had the carrot taste six hours after the meal was over. Yuck. They may want to move into the 21st century with a few options for non meat eaters but then maybe they could be bothered.
