I thought I had a blown speaker in my motorhome and took it to Sound & Motion for replacement. Brian Scott, the owner, did some diagnostic work and found a short circuit caused by improper installation of the speaker. I do not know who answers the phone however I have used them three times and they were fantastic. The person answered the phone had a real bad attitude it was not the place I really care to do business in the future. Time to find someone else. read more
