T, the owner is super friendly, knowledgable, and his prices are unbeatable. I brought my guitar in for a repair that was a very delicate issue to the neck of the guitar and his repair was beyond words. The fix was solid and very low priced. I was blown away. I'm blown away by Guitarzan and am so lucky to live near this shop. ANY QUESTIONS, REPAIRS, or SALES...GO HERE!!! I can't say enough nice, great things about this place.

I took my guitar to in to get set up and didn't break the bank like I would have with the other two music stores in town. He also has a sweet selection of guitars that you can rent to own! And a chill dog just hanging out dogging around! Go here before you you spend too much money to not get your gear back for a week. I think he even has jam sessions but I've yet to make it to one because I'm terrible at music. But he does give lessons which I might try to get into. All in all kick butt place. Highly recommended if you're a guitar or bass player.

I took my daughter here for two drum lessons, and she absolutely loved them. She was excited to continue, so we scheduled her third lesson for a Saturday at 1:30 PM. When we arrived for the scheduled lesson, the doors were locked and nobody was there. I immediately texted Steve and received no response. I reached out again a couple of days later and still received no response. Things happen. If there was an emergency or something came up, I completely understand. A simple message explaining the situation would have been enough. But leaving a customer standing outside for a scheduled appointment and then completely ignoring follow-up messages is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. What makes it especially disappointing is that my daughter genuinely enjoyed the lessons and was looking forward to continuing. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication has ruined what otherwise could have been a great experience. Don't waste your time with this guy. One star because zero isn't an option.
