My wife and I brought her newly purchased vehicle here on August 27, 2025 for a compound polish to…read moreremove scratches and an interior detail. Unfortunately, the service she received did not match what was agreed upon. The car was waxed instead of polished, which did not address the scratches--the main reason I came in. The interior detail was also below expectations: areas such as the seats, door bottoms, weatherstripping, and door jambs were not cleaned properly, and overall the work did not reflect professional standards. For these services, she was charged $1,200. In my opinion, a fair price for the work actually performed (a wash, wax, and interior detail) would have been closer to $300-$400. I am requesting a partial refund of $800. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I expected professionalism and thorough detailing, but instead we left disappointed.
