Unfortunately, the service she received did not match what was agreed upon. The car was waxed instead of polished, which did not address the scratches--the main reason I came in. The interior detail was also below expectations: areas such as the seats, door bottoms, weatherstripping, and door jambs were not cleaned properly, and overall the work did not reflect professional standards. For these services, she was charged $1,200. In my opinion, a fair price for the work actually performed (a wash, wax, and interior detail) would have been closer to $300-$400. I am requesting a partial refund of $800. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I expected professionalism and thorough detailing, but instead we left disappointed.
