I would highly recommend them ... they truly care for your child. We recently had a stressful situation regarding my daughter's medical release to play school sports. I recently moved out of state and was told I'd be able to fill my meds one time while I find a new doctor for my kid. Once I moved though, the pharmacy told me no because the doctor wasn't liscenced here. Okay I will have it sent back to my old pharmacy in silverdale and have a family member mail it to me overnight. That pharmacy was out of stock until the following week. So I ask them to send it to Fred meyer. They end up sending the wrong script and I call to let them know. The nurse said the doctor isn't going to fill another script because he already tried three times and is no longer comfortable. I tried explaining the whole thing but she treated me like an idiot and told me he probably won't send another request because he has so already a few times. I again tried to explain and she interrupted to tell me they already tried sending it. I was so upset and my son is one day away from being out of medication at this point. Thankfully the on call doctor realized their mistake and corrected it. I just couldn't believe how rude and dismissive this nurse was. I would give them 4 stars but the support staff really needs to be worked on.

We read all the good reviews and we don't regret. As far as I know, there are two doctors. One that…read morespecializes in newborns and has appointments during the first days of the week. And a second doctor that treats older kids. They take very serious health and ask you to check in when you arrive so they can know you are going to be at the door. They will take temperature or apply flu vaccines outside to make it faster. For the rest of the appointments, you get to this out of space decor for kids :) I think only one parent is allowed in during these times. They are very patient with everybody. Specially new parents. They take their time so they can get all the info needed for children development. They take care of the mother too by asking about postpartum feelings as they impact baby's health. They accompanied us through this journey by explaining everything, answering all questions without feeling you are in a hurry, and setting future appointments.

I was told that it would be handled by the next day but when I was told to expect a call or call them, It was impossible to get through to them for the durability of a week. prolong my child's ability to get his broken bone treated. when I left a voicemail expressing the urgency, I never received a call back nor any response or apology for dropping the ball when a child cared for by them had a broken bone. I eventually felt unsafe with them caring for my children and found a much better primary care physician who handled everything in just a day. which is also a previous physician that worked at stepping stone while under the previous management. if the management was still under the previous owners, the rating would be much higher.

When it comes to exceptional care, this place is it. When I moved here three years ago , I…read morecouldn't find a pediatrician to take my 9 week old son as a patient. My son was sick. I went to urgent care, only to be told that he was fine and " you are first time mother, and paranoia comes with the territory." The base clinic had a two week wait. I called 5 pediatrician clinics in a 25 mile radius. No one was accepting new patients. So one morning I parked in their parking lot at 9 am and called the office. At the moment they weren't going to take new patients, and I explained why I have been so desperate to find someone to take us and see my little boy. Within 5 minutes Dr. Saad walked outside and told me to come in! They saw me that day. He Also diagnosed my little boy with a double ear infection and an upper respiratory infection. With just a day before I was told my little boy was just fine. This place has been my saving grace. The care and help has always been top notch. The love shown in the office is always there and doesn't go unseen. Dr. Niran is now my primary doctor, since Dr. Saad unexpectedly passed away 8 Months ago. She is the voice in your head, she is the mom that has been there, done that. She is the woman who understands that accidents and sickness happens, and while she is making sure your child is safe and taken care of she always reassures you are indeed not crazy and failing as a parent. I cannot express my gratitude for every single person in that office. I will forever have them in my heart and be grateful that I was able find a place who keeps the old system of paper charting and stays original to their roots.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE…read more We moved to the area in December, and I was trying to schedule a 12 month for my baby. There was a long wait to get an appointment, and the staff wasn't the most professional or friendly. It was hard to even reach someone. I waited for my appointment, and ended up having to call in to reschedule. When I called to reschedule my upcoming appointment, the receptionist had 'no record' of my appointment. I guess they didn't successfully schedule it or mark it down. This was discouraging and disheartening, but we went ahead and rescheduled and I waited the long wait to the next appointment. When it was almost to my appointment day, the office called me to let me know that I could no longer be a patient there because I was a 'no call, no show.' Without speaking with me, they cancelled the long awaited appointment (at this point it had been almost three months just trying to get in to see Dr. Niran). I called in to try to clear up the misunderstanding. Explaining that I wasn't a no call, no show. Perhaps the office staff didn't see the originally scheduled appointment, but it was somehow successfully scheduled somewhere--and then when I didn't show up for the appointment (they said they didn't even have on their books), I was marked a no call no show? I'm not sure what happened on their end, but I am very responsible and communicative. Whenever I do need to reschedule, I call in advance. The receptionist just went on to lecture me about why the policy is important. I'm like "I agree, but I didn't not call and just not show up and you said I didn't even have an appointment. How could I even be absent for an appointment that, the last time I called in, you told me you didn't have scheduled. They are all over the place over there, and I was losing patience. They said in about a week they could get back with me about if I would be able to be seen as a patient. I told them there really must've been some sort of mistake. I did not earn the 'no call, no show' punishment. They called today saying that we would not be able to be seen because I 'missed an appointment.' There was no understanding or hearing me that it was a clerical error on their office's part and I got falsely accused and kicked out for their mistake. I'm just trying to take care of my daughter. I've already waited three months to see Dr. Niran Al-Agba. Now I guess I have to start from scratch. My child is now going to be due for her 15 month appointment. 've completely missed the milestone 12 month exam. I waited and waited for my Silverdale Pediatrics' appointment, nervous about her going without a check-up for months. Now I'll probably have to wait again to have her seen by another new Doctor elsewhere. They could've at least kicked us out right after the supposed no call no show, rather than making me wait a month just to tell me days before my long-awaited appointment. I waited all that time for nothing. So unfair. This is not right/unethical treatment of a patient who needs care and her mother who is responsible and communicative.

I believe I found the best with Dr. Rachel Vinson at Bainbridge Pediatrics. Like the books instruct, I found a pediatrician a few weeks before my expected due date (which worked out well since my kiddo was early). I couldn't believe that the pediatricians in Kitsap were all full or not accepting new patients, so I was relieved when I called Bainbridge Pediatrics. They offered me an opportunity to meet with the providers, but I had read about Dr. Rachel on their website and was confident in that arrangement. I can't express how wonderful it feels knowing that your child's physician listens and can have an effective conversation about your child. I don't need someone to hold my hand and assure me - I need someone who can level with me - be honest - and always have the best interest of my child in mind. Dr. Rachel is exactly what I had hoped for and so much more! I trust her with my child's healthcare. The front office staff are extremely polite and helpful. If Dr. Rachel left BP, I would follow her to another practice. We have had a great experience at Bainbridge Pediatrics, and I am pleased with their care of my son.

It took us almost a week to get ahold of someone, and when I finally did, I was told I needed to download and print the new patient packet from their website, fill it out at home, and physically drop it off at the office. Only after they receive and review the paperwork will they look at the schedule to make an appointment, which I was told could be as far as three months out.I've only had two pediatricians for my kids, so maybe I'm just accustomed to a different system! Our previous offices either provided the paperwork when we arrived or had everything electronically through a patient portal/iPad. I'm definitely not opposed to paper forms--I was just surprised that we have to print and deliver everything ourselves before even being able to schedule.

I usually give moderate credit to Yelp reviews, though I'm cautious. Something about Dr. Crystals website drew me in and made me want to know more despite having no Yelp reviews at the time. I'm so glad I dug deeper and did my homework. To find a chiropractor who doesn't have a "treat em and street em" mentality is rare in my experience and she is far from it. She has a nervous system focused practice which I find immensely important and an integral approach to holistic care and healing. She listens to understand and makes recommendations/suggestions based off of your individual case- this is a gift, especially to someone like myself who isn't easily trusting of most healthcare workers. My daughter and I both were evaluated and adjusted by Dr. Crystal and while she be but tiny, she is SO strong!! She was so gentle with my daughter and reassuring as this was her first adjustment- ever! For my adjustment, she was powerful and precise. I didn't leave my appointment feeling "unadjusted" in one way or another. I left with so much confidence and can't wait for my next adjustment. Everything is very up front, you are given financial information up front, a care plan up front and choices; none of which are pushy or "salesy." Her office is comfy, she has a great selection of high quality essential oils, and they have a wonderful beverage and snack selection. Someone pinch me, so feel like I'm dreaming. This practice surpassed my expectations and I'm so happy we chose Dr. Crystal!!

I make it a point to be on time for my appointments so I feel it isn't only right they keep things moving along. Waiting with a sick kid is very low on my *enjoyable things to do in the morning". We've seen almost all of the Drs in this practice over the past three years for one thing or another. I like them all but Dr. Jain, Dr. Develle were my favorites outside of her primary. Again though, you really can't go wrong. I've actually recommended this practice to friends and family. All of them have been so pleased that they immediately switched over!

Extremely disappointing experience with Swedish Hospital pediatrics…read more I was billed twice for the same visit, which was a routine infant wellness appointment. One charge was around $320 for the wellness visit and another around $340 labeled as an outpatient visit for the exact same appointment. Previously, I was also charged separately for a 20 minute visit, which is not a short visit, and another longer visit. It felt like I was being billed by the minute without any clear explanation upfront. The breaking point was during a wellness visit when the doctor asked about a prior sinus issue and briefly checked it. That alone triggered a second charge. I was never informed that answering a question during the same appointment would result in additional billing. After multiple calls, they refused to correct it. This feels misleading and unacceptable. Parents should not be penalized for basic care during a scheduled visit. I have since switched providers to a practice that actually prioritizes patients over billing tactics. Take your loved ones somewhere else where they care about providing care more than ripping you off.
