He came with the mount and had it installed in about 20 minutes. In the picture you can see the wires hanging, but I asked him to leave it like that (as opposed to adding a power box behind for just a little more money) because I'm renting my apartment and didn't have time to clear it with my landlord first, but he offered to come back and install one if I change my mind. Ashcraft does some pretty cool stuff like home automation, network security, setting up wifi, theatre installations etc. Basically this TV mount was a walk in the park for him compared to the other stuff ;). Side note, Jordan has a really cool back story and is awesome to talk to- he used to do security networking for the government, and has built this business from the ground up. He's honest, really cool, and even gave my pup some love :).

I had high hopes when I first met with this company, but we have had nothing but problems with them…read moreonce the install started, and I'm still finding problems. We hired Imagine More to do the low voltage wiring in our new home under construction -- Cat 6, phone, cable, blind prewire, and 4 TV prewires. The planning stage was fine, and we met during the electrical walkthrough to make sure we were all on the same page. It went downhill from there. *Despite our best planning efforts, Imagine More installed wiring from the original draft plan. We had two revisions to that draft. I happened to be in the area a few days after they finished and fortunately, I discovered this error before drywall went up. *The craftsmanship was shoddy with several Cat 6 cables crushed under metal staples. *Even after they came back to fix the first draft issue, several outlets were installed in the wrong position and had to be moved after drywall was up. *I did my own networking using the cables I paid them to install. During testing, I discovered that more than 20% of the cables tested bad. Imagine More had to come back and re-terminate a number of cables. * We had four TV prewires installed. I supplied one media box for the bedroom and they supplied three Strong media boxes for the other TVs. While doing my own hookups in those boxes, I discovered that every installation violated the manufacturer's directions and more importantly, the National Electric Code. Imagine More has come back several times to fix what they should have done right in the first place. They repaired one media box installation, but in the name of "If you want it done right, do it yourself," I'm going to redo the other two myself. We had also planned to have them come in and do our powered blinds, but at this point, we'll find some place else. We just don't want them in our house anymore.

Warning!!!! Do not go through Terracom systems. The worst customer service ever. Cory Wills,…read moreOperations Manager is terrible. They say they will return your calls but they don't. I called over a two month period of time to get the master code, in which they never provided me with when it was set up. They kept saying we could do it over the phone but couldn't get anyone to call me. They said they would send a tech out and never did and then again, no return calls. Finally, after 2 months, they said they were sending someone out. I asked if there would be a charge and they said no. A tech came out because they couldn't give me the code over the phone. The tech called another employee, got it immediately. I then fixed the system myself and was charged $190.00. $190.00 for a code they couldn't give me over the phone. The tech was at my house for 20 minutes but Cory Wills said he was there for 1 1/2 hours - a HUGE lie. When I spoke with Cory Wills, he felt that was a fair charge - $190.00. They could have provided this to me on the phone or when they installed the service. Don't go with this company for anything!!!!! They scam people and the customer service is terrible. The employees that come out for install are nice but the staff behind the phones and at their desk have no customer service etiquette. Terrible business and really awful people. Scam artists!
