We needed him Saturday morning and he was gracious enough to take the appointment Friday the day before. I expected to pay a little more since the reservation was last minute and I was speechless when Sam told me the price quote and what all comes with it. The price was still very competitive as if I booked him weeks ago. Mary arrived on time and was very pleasant and cheerful with my guests. It doesn't hurt she had a great smile. The photo booth was a knockout hit! I would highly recommend Sonic Boom DJ to anyone.

He played all that we wanted him to, kept the crowd on the dance floor and provided wonderful entertainment. There was NEVER a moment the entire night we didn't have guest dancings, he kept the energy level high! The photobooth was wonderful and they even accommodated us by taking our own scrapbook, markers, and glue and asking our guest to take a copy of the strip and put it into the guestbook and sign. The only reason I gave a 4.9 was because some of the names were said during the announcements in the beginning of the reception. Besides that 5 stars! Thank you!

Evan the owner was arrogant and rude to me throughout the process. I stuck with it knowing that we had a good experience in the past. Songs that I requested that were on my plan, were not played. My photomontage had to be edited 3 times and we had to pay $450 extra because I had 30 extra pictures. A week before the party, he told me my package didn't include lighting so we had to pay $1000 extra for some mediocre colored strobe lights. Most of all, the digital zap photos that were on the contract were never taken and played on the 2 large screens that we paid for and he refused to make his mistake right and give any reimbursement after we took care of his crew during the event and gave them each a nice tip. In addition, their prices have gone up tremendously over the years. If you want a good experience, I would recommend looking at other companies for your entertainment.

They were quickly responsive to emails and phone calls, and logistical details were planned and executed with no drama. Music selection was great, and 3 of them understood what we liked in terms of musical genres, what would work with us and what would not. But most importantly, They put on a KICKING party. From the first beat, all of our guests (young and old) were on the dance floor and having a blast. They had an uncanny sense for playing exactly what the room would respond to. Song requests were mixed in seamlessly, and when the party finally wound down in the wee hours, everyone went home tired, happy, and raving about the DJs. Highly recommended!
