He has such an easy and clear manner in teaching his class. What both impressed and surprised me is how certain CPR instructions have changed in the past two years. Kevin gave detailed instructions even in where/how to stand next to someone having a cardiac or choking event, where to position legs and feet and where to put the cellphone (on speakerphone) next to the victim for talking with a 911 operator. Kevin's trainings are replete with stories about calls he's been on in the past year or so and the specific reasons why some of those calls had happy or tragic endings. The expanse of his knowledge on his subject is breathtaking--so he's the right guy to be teaching this class! Also, we've been to CPR/First Aid certification training that dragged on and on. Kevin's class flies by while ensuring we all have not only gained or refreshed knowledge but had that right amount of hands-on practice. He covers so much in his 3-hour training that it's best to just take the class to discover all it encompasses. And--Kevin? See you in two years, my friend.

This is the second time I have taken BLS for Healthcare providers from Compressions for life. I've…read morebeen an ACLS and BLS provider for 30 + years and this is the best BLS class I've taken. Kevin Bernt is an excellent instructor. He's well prepared, class is efficient and organized. He explains concepts clearly. Even though I've been through many, many BLS trainings, I feel that I've learned valuable new skills in each of the classes I attended with Kevin.

When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.

We had our Son in this school for five months and in the five months we had more bad experiences…read morethen good. 1. Ask why this is the only pre school that's not posting their credentials. 2. Ask about early child development. You have to go and get updated trainings on this and stay current. 3. This school has lots of field trip that would certainly be fun if they were more organized with informing to the parents sooner than the night before. This was something all the parents complained about. 4. I had a mom bump into me at a store telling me she felt bad for my son because the teacher was talking about him in-font of other parents. 5. Lacks professionalism and confidential conversations. 6: Not enough positive environment and I believe this might go back to the lack of early child development training. 7. High expectations for a four year old boy. 8. No posting of first aid and CPR training or food handlers permit BUT snack were given. What if a toddler begin to choke? We as parents should feel that our children are being safe environment once we drop them off. 9. Open lines of communication with the teacher shouldn't come across as being defensive. Several parents felt this way. Maybe it was just our son that they just didn't connect with or have the patients for but has parents this is the start to their little minds.
