They told me I couldn't sign up by phone The course was a good course, but they haven't emailed me my course completion certificate. I've tried calling the local office but keep getting put on hold only to be directed to an answering machine. I have left messages explaining my situation but this far haven't received a response. I haven't had any problems with this company in the past. Maybe they have labor issues? Whatever the reason customer service pretty much sucks
