Wyatt was great as always! We enjoyed welcoming in the Summer Solstice with this talented guy. If you have never experienced a soudbath I would recommend you do especially with Wyatt.

Wyatt was wonderful. I hired him to do a group sound bath for my boyfriend's birthday. His sound bath featured singing bowls and several gongs making it unique to any other sound bath I've experienced. Also at a really reasonable price. Lots of people said they felt out of body during. I would definitely do a sound bath with Wyatt again.

Healing One is amazing (see my prior review about this little slice of heaven if needed on Google), but this review is all about Terri D. My previous masseuse moved, so I came in hoping for some serious relief in my neck and to get my muscles back to a baseline after a very nasty flu, and Terri delivered exactly that. You know when you're getting a massage and thinking, "Oh no, wait, that spot felt amazing. Go backkk!"? This massage wasn't like that at all. Terri tended to every spot for exactly as long as it needed. She didn't just mechanically match one side to the other for the sake of symmetry. She paid attention to the places that actually needed work, gave them the kind of attention they needed, and it was incredible. She can accommodate whatever level of firmness you prefer, she's warm and attentive, and she checks in to make sure you're doing okay without interrupting the experience. You leave feeling satisfied, cared for, and significantly better than when you walked through the door. Don't hesitate. Book the 90-minute massage ASAP. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

One of my absolute favorite places in Reno to reset, recharge, and take care of myself. Highly recommend!

As Valerie mentioned, also a dear friend, there is a growing group of wonderful friends who will be there to support you on your journey. The first time was about 6 months ago for a healing. I had just lost someone and was going through a rough patch at work. Gail sensed my tense (without me saying anything) in both areas of my life. She cleansed my aura and brought good energy and healing thoughts back into my world. Immediately I felt better. The second time was about 2 wks ago. I went with a group to realign visions, clear our heads and make sure we were on the same path. This time, same as last, Gail gave my aura a color - and keep in mind it's been 6 months roughly, my aura color was the same as the first time; I was so impressed - and again felt amazing! On a side note, I was having a few issues at work with a superior over taking me constantly in meetings. Gail, without me saying anything, picked up on this and "cleared it". The very next day at a meeting - I was unstoppable! My bosses were very impressed. I attributed this to a clear path - thanks Gail! Cant wait for another healing!!

A 30 something transient professional, I wasn't quite ready for the roots and the anxiety that come with a child AND IT SHOWED. After realizing that my postpartum anxiety and "survival mode" feelings from my job weren't going away on their own I decided to seek help. I was assigned to Nora, the owner of Sierra Sunrise Wellness Center and when I say she changed my life, I am not exaggerating. She created a safe space for me and helped me remember who I was before I was a mom and who I could still be. It took time and it took effort but she showed me the way and she helped me put together a sort of toolbox for the next pregnancy/postpartum period. Her space is warm and welcoming and her sweet old doggo Rolo is the best snoring snuggler to keep me grounded during sessions. As a nurse my schedule is often crazy with long hours and sporadic shifts and she always finds time for me. Their facility offers Yoga and Reiki as well as other amazingly beneficial workshops. All of these factors have made me feel incredibly welcome and supported as a new student. However, one teacher in particular has really made certain that I will keep coming back long after my new student special has ended. I have predominantly been a bikram method yogi previously because I consider myself to be choreographically challenged and I always have trouble following along with all the changing movements of yoga classes. I often times get exasperated and anxious, feeling like I simply can't keep up, nor do I know how to adjust myself when I get off track and lost. However, the instructor Kat Ames has really helped me feel hand held and guided with the most incredible patience trying to help me understand how to really drop into every posture she recommends. Her kind corrections and adjustments feel gentle and supportive and I love how she actually SEES me and is paying attention to what I am doing - like my experience as a student in her class truly matters. Thanks to Kat I am learning new ways to use yoga tools like balls and straps and I can thoughtfully notice whether a posture is really softening the part of my body we are targeting because my teacher uses language that is so relatable and specific. Not to mention, I absolutely love it when she breaks out her sound bath bowls. They just make me feel like I am relaxing in another dimension. Thank you Kat and thank you to The Studio for offering such great instructors and so much yoga diversity!

As a yogi I prefer the heat should come from within...One student even complained when she walked in, I was like, "yes"! Only then did they open a window. The teacher was okay but it's never okay to use profanity of any kind in a class situation and it's quite offensive. Considering I was a first time student she should have watched herself. In the end the class itself was wrong for me; too many props used. My Yogis always taught me that props are not a good idea...and I agree somewhat. I have a block and a strap that can be handy when I've returned to my mat after many falls and severe injuries. I've been a Yogi for 24 years. In a few years I will be opening up my own Yoga Studio in Southern California, I so miss my Cali, not the taxes just the vibe... Every now and then I go back to the Bay Area to teach private classes to my loyal students. The location of this place is in the busy midtown area of Reno. Thankfully the parking wasn't a issue on a Sunday at 3. The studio was very nice and clean.

Thanks to Google search I found the correct address in midtown. * I suggested an edit for the business and the address on Yelp is now up to date. I came to Crystal Cove in search of rings, bracelets, and earrings. I have enough crystals in other forms to sink a ship, but it's always nice to browse. I was greeted by the lady behind the counter. She did some small talk asking me about how my holiday season was. Then she gave too much information about her and her family. She said I was free to look around and to let her know if I needed any help. She gave me a tiny wicker basket for shopping. The place is very small and it is packed with glass shelves so I had to be mindful of how I moved around the store. There were signs letting you know that you were being watched and to "Smile". I get it, tiny items can easily be shoplifted, but the cameras kind of take away the zen feeling. I found a case with a few trays of rings that I wanted to look at and try on. I asked the employee for help. At that time there were at least two other shoppers in the store and it was getting a bit packed. So I took the tray to the main counter thinking that way I would have more space to try on the rings and she could keep a closer eye on the other customers. She told me no. So she and I huddled next to each other as I tried on rings under her watchful eye. It felt very awkward. I quickly chose a ring, paid, and left. While I was checking out she again asked me how my holiday was. She also made a negative comment about the city of Reno. I don't plan on returning. I can find crystal jewelry and the farmers market and while I am traveling.

This was my second visit to the White Rabbit Theatre, the first being the Yelp event to see "That's…read moreMagic!". This time was to see the adults-only, 18+, 9 PM magic show called "Nocturnal" The vibes here on a Saturday night were great! It was a busy show, and the bar was packed! The drinks here are so fun. Their specialty cocktail menu has lots of magic-inspired cocktails, plus they have a full bar with beer, wine, soft drinks, and other beverage choices. You can bring all beverages into the theatre while watching the show, which is great! They do have some small snack options, but the food isn't anything special, and I'd recommend eating before or after the show. The Nocturnal show was great. The comedy is hilarious, and Chase is a great performer. The dances from the showgirls in this show are much more risque, with lots of skin showing and lingerie. Some of the illusions and tricks are carried over from the "That's Magic!" show, but there are also some tricks that I hadn't seen before. The value is pretty good. It's about $40 per ticket for a non-obstructed seat. Unfortunately, this venue has a large pillar in the center aisle, making some seats cheaper "obstructed view seats". There is a locals discount and a discount if you are staying at the GSR. Like most magic shows, I think this show is a one-and-done. It's worth going again if you really want to bring family or friends, but otherwise just spend the money to see "That's Magic!" and "Nocturnal" each once. They are both worth it! I am disappointed in myself for not taking photos, though in my defense, there are no photos or videos allowed during the show!

Every night, they host "that's magic", which is a family, friendly illusion, and variety show, and then also on Friday and Saturday, they host their late show "nocturnal", which also has amazing illusions, as well as more adult humor, and some very beautiful dancers. Both are hosted by the husband and wife, duo of Chase and. Kayleigh. I saw the "nocturnal" show, and I loved it. . Chase is the MC, and he also does illusions from slieight of hand, to illusions such as cutting a woman from the audience in half without a box, and a great straitjacket, escape, ala, Harry Houdini. The jokes are fast and furious, and definitely adult oriented, there is a lot of interaction with the audience, and bringing audience members on stage. There's never a dull moment. The dancers are beautiful, and yes, a little provocative, but definitely not dirty. The show never slows down. It's a 90 minute show with a 15 minute intermission, and it's entertaining from the beginning until the end. The price for the show is very reasonable, but they get you with both the cocktails, and the snack bar for the theater. I bought a small thing of popcorn, and a 20 ounce soda, and I was out 16 bucks. That's a bit ridiculous. Other than that, the show was amazing. Thank you for a fantastic evening....
