They said it was probably only a matter of time before we would have to put him down. I met Dr Walker the day before this happened. After my regular vet gave my pup that diagnosis I reached out to Dr Walker who said "I can help". She didn't make me any promises. She did hands on work, craniosacral and acupuncture and suggested some herbs. She worked with him every 2-3 days then we were able to space it out more. Over time, he got better. She gave us another year with our angel. She is my regular vet. She is now treating my 2 year old who is extremely sensitive and has anxiety. She used to runaway when Dr Walker would come over. Dr. Walker utilizes multiple integrative medicine modalities and always allowed my cat to to tell her what she was interested (or not interested!) in receiving that day. She is incredibly knowledgeable in multiple hands-on treatments, current research, supportive devices, supplements, and herbs. My cat grew to love Dr. Walker tremendously. When she was recently experiencing acute medical issues and received new complex diagnoses that would have interfered with the care of her other chronic conditions, Dr. Walker was very communicative with me and helped support the decision-making process to transition my sweet 16.5 year old girl. Her bedside manner is remarkable and she's experienced and knowledgeable about what we were up against. I wish we could continue to see her, but my dog's needs are veering sadly toward end of life care. Dr. Reising was able to refer us to an internist that she liked. It was great to have some suggestions about where to take our dog when the time was right for further diagnostic testing. Parking is easy. The waiting area is light-filled, beautiful and cozy with well-tended greenery. They take Care Credit. The treatment rooms are simple and easy to maneuver. The first time we were we left the lights of our car on and our battery died. They even helped us jump our car! I wouldn't hesitate to return if our pup needed care. (They also recently added a chiropractor to their staff.)

The drop-off was quick and straightforward, and they contacted me within a week or so to let me know everything was ready. When I went in to pick up, the package provided several meaningful keepsakes, including a nose print, paw print stamp, some of her fur, a clay paw imprint, and her urn (I chose the biodegradable option). The pricing was very reasonable, and now I have beautiful mementos to remember Pepper by. I'm grateful for the care and compassion they showed during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can experience.

This is the same person I spoke to on the phone on Monday and made the appointment with. They did not apologize for their mistake. They wanted to schedule me to come in at a later date. I am a busy single-dog mom and made time out of my schedule to bring my dog in during my appointment. Their mistake has inconvenienced me and the person did not apologize at all. First impressions are important, and this is a huge disappointment because I was looking forward to coming to this Vet since it has so many positive reviews.
