She helped make the journey across the "Rainbow Bridge" for our 16+ year old Miniature Poodle/Pomeranian, who was blind, unstable and suffering from advanced cognitive decline, more of a relief, than a reason for grief and despair. This might not be the case for everyone who is facing this difficult decision, as some pets might have more rapidly progressing illnesses that make this decision more "pressing", but in our case, watching Cinnamon decline on nearly a weekly basis over her final two years, it was the "right decision" for our family. I contacted Amy through email, she was prompt and so gentle. She even called me in rhe late evening to talk to me about our decision, our labs healthy and her professional vet opinion. Through the night out girl got worse and Amy came out the same evening. She is so gentle, kind, and let us take all the time we needed with Cocoa, she even took her paw print for us. Amys reassurance and professionalism helped us with the hardest decision we had to make. It's very easy to reach someone at the front desk. The doctors are very kind and responsive. They even have a website where you can go in and check your pets' appointments and prescriptions. One of my cats is sick and is on life-long medication. The hospital where he was being treated shut down their Internal Medicine department, so Obi did not have an ongoing vet. This happened right when Obi's prescription ran out, and no pharmacy was able to refill the medication since the previous vet was no longer available. The folks at Northwest were super accommodating and were able to fit me into their schedule to do a quick checkup and send out a fresh prescription. This was during the pandemic, when most vets were not even accepting new patients.

My chinchilla ultimately had to be euthanized at another vet for cancer, which obviously isn't Allpets' fault, but perhaps if they would return calls we could have diagnosed her sooner and she could have suffered less. They are also extremely inconsiderate of owners' time and will happily make you wait hours to pick up your pet or a medication. They are clearly understaffed, yet as an exotic animal vet also clearly have a clientele. Not really sure why that doesn't translate to hiring staff. Are the working conditions as bad as the client conditions? That's kind of the only explanation that makes sense. Avoid.

I brought my bunny here three months ago and she was suffering from a parasite. She was given…read moremedication and after talking to the vet I wanted to give her a chance. A month after daily feeding and medicine she had good days and bad. Days when I thought she could turn around then the days that I knew it was over. The vet told me I made the right decision when it was time to let go which helped me immensely. I was given about six extra weeks with my girl. We put her down and the clinic offers a service of cremation then she will be buried under an apple tree. I live in an apartment and couldn't give her any better than what this clinic could offer my beloved pet.
