I know things have gone crazy after the pandemic...but it still feels a little surprising that in Langford (i.e. not downtown or at a ritzy mall like Mayfair with higher rent), the prices are as high as what you get food-wise. === 2. FOOD Kid's Udon ($11) It's good - the udon, broth, single tofu puff, and the kid's juice (apple). I'm just struggling a little bit with the cost to get such a small meal. It feels like it should be $9 or less, or perhaps had more in the udon bowl to make it feel like it was worth $11. Smoky Beef Short Ribs So 8 oz is $28 and an extra 4 oz is $12.
