From what I did see, everything seemed worn and not in good shape. Same goes for shoes and bags. They have a lot of knickknacks, like little figurines. If you're into that it might be worth looking at their collection. They also have books in very good condition. I love finding a good book thrifted! I saw a vintage high chair, that was in pretty good condition. There was another huge room of more things. I wasn't sure if things were ready for sale, or if they were there to get sorted. Overall, while this is a huge store, I wasn't at all impressed.

What service? I…read morewalked in and no one was there. And I looked through the racks for over 20 minutes! For a $$$ consignment store, the clothes weren't really organized by size. There were sections for S,M,L,XL & plus size, but the majority of the labels were faded or not on the clothes; this is normal. But the sizes weren't written on the price tags anywhere. I understand if the store is busy and there are sizes mixed in a good amount. I understand if Ms are mixed in with Ls because that's the way they fit, because that benefits the customer. I'm a true medium and there was nothing I could wear that I would even consider trying on. It's May, and the majority of the inventory is for winter. Who wears a nice pair of leather pants when it's 70+ degrees out except a rock star? I don't know anyone who would wear a gorgeous heavy sheepskin coat now. Maybe if they were in a posh frozen vodka and caviar bar in NYC? Yes, they have bathing suits. But I don't shop for resale bathing suits or underwear. If you're petite don't even think about walking through the door. A good majority of the nicest clothes are long gowns. I was so miffed that I'm in my car writing this review now. Fortunately it's Sunday, so I didn't have to feed the meter. Btw, parking tickets in Northampton are expensive. In conclusion, I'd rather drop a month's salary at a full price boutique with a nice sales person who helps me find something that fits and flatters me. The only plus side is they have a lot of plus size clothing.

I finally got the chance last weekend (mid-June 2022) after finding Re-Inspired had in stock something I desperately needed for a découpage class online two days away. First, the place is adorable. Outside and in, it's just a happy, pretty little place. Sharon, the owner, took time from her lunch to answer some questions I had--so generous with her time! And Holley, her assistant, was amazing. Since I was there primarily for the line of Fusion paint and accessories, she gave me soooo much info and tips on achieving the beautiful finishes on many furniture pieces in the store. She was an absolute delight. I got what I was looking for--plus a bit more for a different project--and had a good time in the shop. For those looking for decor or gift items, there's a lot of beautiful things there. There's a wide range, but I could tell it was carefully curated (wall art, florals, vases, cool vintage items, and more). All gorgeous. This shop is one I will be returning to again and again'

I was parked near King and Pleasant Streets, and so I ducked into Talbots and Eileen Fisher. I know Talbots isn't cheap, but I did get a bit of sticker shock when I checked the price on a cute jacket at Eileen Fisher. It was just under $400 - way out of my budget. I think of Roz's Place as carrying fun clothing, but I looked in, anyway. Wouldn't you know, I found a pair of very versatile checked pants by Eileen Fisher that I nearly stole at a price of just $15. I had a nice chat with the woman who was on staff. I complimented the buyer/buyers on curating an interesting range of items, and she had favorable things to say about them, too. All in all, it was a very pleasant visit, and I'll keep stopping back when I find that next great job and can work on my wardrobe.
