Not only did I get expert eyebrows by a master instructor, but I was able to hear how she trains her students to become as passionate and professional as she is. Believe me when I say that any of her graduating students will not only be properly trained just to "tattoo eyebrows".... They are getting *expertly* trained in shaping brows to compliment their clients face shape, choosing natural colors and matching to their hair and skin tone, discussing and previewing the shape and color with their client, techniques in properly holding and using the equipment, photography, and, most importantly, proper OSHA and bloodborne pathogens guidelines (as a healthcare professional, I appreciated this so much!) If you choose to get your eyebrows done by Monique, you are getting an ARTIST who is passionate about her work as a permanent make up artist and instructor! I have been following Monique since she was in a little tattoo shop 6 years ago, and I am so proud to see all of the success she has rightfully earned!! THANK YOU!! Samantha Gundacker

Initially, I felt somewhat nervous; however, the team's expertise and clear communication made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The results were outstanding - I love the color, shape, and overall look of my new eyebrows. I highly recommend Browstetics and have already referred several friends to their services. Browstetics

From the consultation to the final reveal, everything felt professional, comfortable, and very well explained. They really understood how to shape brows in a way that looks natural and masculine, nothing overdone, just clean, balanced, and confidence-boosting. The attention to detail was next level, and the space itself was calm and welcoming. If you're a guy considering microblading and on the fence, don't be. This was one of the best grooming decisions I've made. I already feel more polished and put-together, and I've gotten compliments without anyone being able to tell why, which is exactly the goal. Highly recommend.

I want to let anyone reading this to know that if you get this done & she doesn't take care & pay…read moreattention you will be left with self esteem issues, feelings of hopelessness, anxiety around others & essentially you will never be the same. Things started out well around in early 2013 when I went the first time to get my eyebrows permanently tattooed! These are the results you see in picture #1 & #2. I returned a year later in mid 2014 to get them a little darker but not much. Please refer to picture #3. This time they were okay but her technique changed, less careful, less care too dark, noticeably different than one another but if you look quick they are okay..... This was before she moved to this address close by (before & after), she got a Mercedes & saw $ dollar signs. Fast forward to May 2015, picture #4. Uneven, huge, never shrunk down when scabs came off, my face expression has changed because of the eyebrows, horrible, in balanced, damage done. She had moved, became Lux, & didn't care about the those that supported her, the care was gone & rightfully I was to blame the most for not going with my gut in the first place! She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. The mistakes changed my face. I was spending time & money trying to cover them with tattoo makeup & the sunglasses search began. My self esteem suffered (to put it mildly). I let her know what happened, asked her to fix them, but was literally ghosted & treated like she didn't even know me. Fast forward 10 years to picture #5 taken today. They are still there, different drastically from one another but finally fading a bit & I am still trying to fade them, grow my eyebrows over the tattoo, cover them with concealer, wear sunglasses anywhere & everywhere I go. It has had such an effect on my overall self esteem that I have a difficult time even showing my face in public without sunglasses. My eyebrows were left different from one another, one high & one lower & I struggle to even look anyone in the eye. It's humiliating. I tried to go to her to have them fixed shortly after but she refused to acknowledge what she did. I'm at the point now that I am 44 & don't want someone else to go through this. When we are young we do things on a whim, trust people to mess with our face & bodies because they supposedly know what they are doing but at the end of the day it is not their face. They can look in the mirror & not see their mistakes, they will never feel your shame or pain from what may be called a 'simlke mistake.' Think twice, apply makeup you can remove & avoid permanent makeup. Also, listen to your gut. If I did I would have turned right around & left. If you are paying someone for a service make sure they respect you & YOUR wishes. Just like hair dressers who are all about the mighty dollar now, they don't have to like you but they DO HAVE TO RESPECT YOU but you YOURSELF HAS TO DEMAND THAT RESPECT. BLESSINGS
