Safelite AutoGlass didn't pull the vehicle in the bay to begin replacing the windshield until 11:50 @ 12:00 the woman at the front desk informed me that my windshield hasn't arrived off the truck yet (the one that delivers the new windshield) and that it would be here around 12:30. Still waiting patiently and it's now 1:00 and they still haven't received the windshield or started working on my vehicle yet. That means even if the get the windshield I'm still going to have to wait for them to replace the windshield which take about an hour to an hour 30 minutes. If they didn't have my windshield they could've informed before I gave them my vehicle and had me wait until another day so that they would have the parts necessary to complete my service.
