For starters, the 2 of them spent the entire first hour in my kitchen, which is incredibly small. As a result, it felt like they rushed through the rest of my apartment. When they left I looked, and at a glance it looks like they did great work. However it soon became apparent that they didn't move the furniture when cleaning the floors, dusted around things, and really just kind of half-assed it. It was nice to have someone else do the cleaning, but I thought I was getting a my place professionally cleaned. I'm not thrilled to have paid for a job that I could have easily done myself.

I just discovered that, despite claiming to vacuum the radiators - knowing that…read moredust was our major concern, and the reason we were hiring cleaners - they did not even LIFT UP the lightweight cover on the bathroom radiator. When I say this thing is light, I literally mean that a baby could lift it. It doesn't go all the way down to the floor. This is on top of the several other areas I noticed that they had not cleaned. It is so sad that these people are out there giving green businesses a bad name. No chemicals at all would have been needed to just lift that light, little cover.

So I contacted Ms. No Spots for Move In deep cleaning service. Tieneshia responded to my request quickly. The day of service, Tieneshia texted me to let me know when she would arrive. Once she entered my home, she and her sister cleaned my entire house from top to bottom (inside and outside cabinets, fridge, stove, oven, mopped floors, etc.). The entire cleaning process took about three hours. I'm so impressed with all they accomplished. I can't imagine having to clean my entire house by myself while unpacking, doing laundry, and so on. And I have to say that their service was much cheaper than their competitors. I HIGHLY recommend Ms. No Spots for all of your residential cleaning needs!

New to the area, we wanted to shop local, so went in and spoke with Racheal on a mid morning on a Thursday, let her know the situation she helped me find a remnant carpet hoping it would be enough so material wouldn't have to be ordered which she did state could take 7-10 days. Wound up scheduling estimate AND taking measurements later that afternoon, contacted me immediately with price, and confirmed she could have installation completed that Saturday morning prior to the moving company delivering the rest of our furniture. Not only was she extremely accommodating, she was extremely understandable and friendly. Not only were we happy to know we were able to get the steps fully carpeted with the actual remnant, but even had a bit left over that was made into an entryway carpet which is now the favorite spot for our Greyhound Yeti. Outstanding job on the install, extremely professional, quick, clean and an amazing job! Thank you for helping the "New Mantua" Residents to the neighborhood by providing such amazing service. We would have no issue recommending or using you guys in the future. Thanks so much again!

Our appointment was for 9:00 AM and the technician did not show up until after 9:40 and didn't even call until 9:30 to say he was running late. In the meantime we were frantically calling Fresh Start, (on hold for 15 minutes) sending emails, replying to Arts email that said they'd be here at 9:00 on Jan 3. And after spending $200 on our carpet cleaning you can still see the high traffic areas around our couch. It looked better before they steam cleaned it. Soooo disappointing and waste of my hard earned money. I would have been better off renting a machine and doing it myself.

[EDIT] I lowered the star rating from 2 stars to 1 and this is why:…read more This is the 2nd month in a row they texted me to pay them for the cleaning. Last month I texted them saying that I have 6 gifted sessions and that was the 5th one. They texted back saying " okay :) ". Now today the day after our cleaning, they sent a text to my fiancee saying they sent him an invoice for the cleaning. Management seems to be a mess. The client should not see the invoice needs to be paid, when it is a gift -even if the invoice was not sent to me, but the gifter. [END EDIT] I was gifted 6 sessions of cleaning and have utilized Martha's Cleaning for the last 6 months as I have them come monthly. The cleaners are very nice and always do a good job. They don't speak English well, but they use a translator app to speak with you. There's been a few times that the cleaning wasn't exactly perfect so I've asked them to go over a certain spot/area, and they're always friendly and happy to do so and will clean what ever you ask them to. I 100% agree with the previous review from Jonathan P - they are never on time. They are consistently 10-30 minutes late, usually more about 10-20 minutes late. However, for someone with a strict schedule - I take that very seriously and it inconveniences me. I plan my entire life and work schedule to the minute. I may leave a prior engagement at a certain time, in order to meet the cleaners. It's extremely disrespectful of my time to be late as that's a waste of me time and I could have stayed at my prior engagements longer. At least 50% of the time, meaning at least 3 of the 6 appointments I've had - they call or text me the day of, asking if we can reschedule for a different time. They are friendly when I say no, and tell me " no problem, we'll be there at your scheduled time" - but I find it extremely unprofessional to ask a client to change their schedule when I book my appointments weeks in advance. Today was my last cleaning of the gifted services. This morning they texted at 10am and asked if the cleaners could come at noon instead of 3. I said no one would be home until 3, they texted back " ok no problem :)". Then I received a call a few hours later asking if the cleaners could come at 5. I was pretty upset and asked him why do I have to change my schedule when I scheduled weeks ago. He then replied " oh it's okay if you can't we're just checking. We can still come at 3". All these encounters really rub me the wrong way and as a client I do not feel my time is respected. We make appointments for a reason, a company should adhere to them and respect their client's schedule and time. All these calls added stress to my life and work day in trying to consider rescheduling with them. Overall, I was happy with the individual cleaners that come through, solid 4/5 stars. Unfortunately my encounters of attempting to reschedule with management has been a 2/5 stars and still makes me extremely upset when I think about it.

We discussed by message what I'd need. He had a scheduler contact me and I gave some dates I could have this done. I didn't hear anything back until I got a text telling me one person was coming in 30 minutes on one of the days I said were fine. It was later in the afternoon, too. Wait? A deep clean with one person in the afternoon? Not going to work. After some back and forth with the scheduler, where I just ended up saying "Please have Rodney call me" a few times, the individual was cancelled. Rodney called me promptly. He was great, he saw where the confusion was, understood what I needed, sent me an easy payment link and we scheduled two people to come out for a deep clean promptly. Jalil and Ayla were amazing. They did a great job and were kind and friendly to my father as well. I then scheduled a weekly cleaning with Hughes, again it was Jalil and Ayla, they were once again fantastic, my house looks great and they were again kind to my dad, who I think deliberately is home so that he can visit with his friend Jalil, who, to his credit, just kept cleaning as he was listening to my dad's stories. Jalil is a heck of a nice person. I'm continuing to use Hughes for my regular cleaning. The measure of a business is how they respond when things don't go as planned. They measured up very well.
