He called into the Manufacturer for the parts needed, requested that they be overnighted, if possible, as I did not have any hot water. He reset the unit, and advised if the alarm goes off again and shuts off the unit, what I would need to do, until the new parts are received and the repair could be made. So just now we got a call from Cheyenne at Armor Plumbing who said they had a Holiday Party going on this weekend and therefore no one was at work. So they lied to us for days for about 5 different phone calls for them to just call on Monday and admit they were lying. No one was going to come help us and they knew that. I just wish they could have been honest in yunno maybe the first 5 hours, or 24 hours, or 40 hours, I wouldn't have wasted my time nor my cell service.

I made…read morean appointment online at 7am and the website said someone would be out between 9 and 11am that same day. I was skeptical. Clint Sweat was my guy, showed up shortly after 9am, and he was amazing! I had a slow drain issue, and Clint showed me on the scope the roots that had invaded my line because developer just laid my 4" sewer pipe in the county's 6" tap without sealing it! He opened it up enough to use until we could properly repair it. Clint even called the county out to see if roots were in their line and they could do it for free. No such luck, but appreciated him for going to the trouble. County found a second cleanout that had been buried under a foot and a half of dirt and mulch next to a 15 year old maple tree planted by previous owners. Never plant trees over your sewer lines!!! After I had the tree cut down and stump ground, Clint came back out and dug out the line (which took hours due to roots) and replaced the connection with a properly glued 4" to 6" reducer connection, a new clean out (tree damaged the original one), and a landscape box to hide it so no white "mushroom" sticking up in the yard. Clint was so friendly, helpful, kept me informed of what was going on, and even helped me understand how my sewer was set up. He didn't hesitate to bring me over to see what was going on at different stages. He filled the hole, smoothed out the dirt, and I have complete confidence in the repair. And the cost was very reasonable for what he had to go through over two different days to get it fixed properly. I've found my new plumber! Thank you Clint!!

Well we just had a nightmare come true during the holidays. A plumbing issue occurred while having…read morefamily in for a visit. I called our home warranty company and they contacted Tru Flo out to repair the problem. We could have not received any better service than what we received from Gary and William. After they arrived they snaked out the line and ran a camera through the line and that's when it began to get very strange. While utilizing the camera they determined that we had a septic tank system. This normally would not be any concern but here is where we got a huge surprise. We purchased the house 3 years ago and was told that the house was on county (Fulton) sewer system. We have been paying charges for the sewer service for 3 years so this was a huge surprise. The prior owner had also payed for the sewer charges for over 14 years. The system had not been maintained for over 17 years that we could determine and was completely destroyed and now required replacement costing over 10,000.00 according to the service that we called out to pump out the tank. Gary and William said they could run a line and tap into the county sewer as we thought we were for a very fair and resonable fee considerably less than total replacement of a septic tank system. They worked tirelessly through terential rains to get us back up and running. All I can say is that even though we had the nightmare holiday that we all fear, we were very lucky to have Tru Flo come to our rescue! So let me take this opportunity to thank Tru Flo, Gary and William, for the over and above service and we will always be grateful for your help with a very difficult situation.

When I had the…read moreprevious water heater replaced 11 years ago, it was quite a bit less expensive and I wasn't prepared for what people were quoting nowadays to have it replaced. I made some initial calls and then came hours of web research and reading reviews (the big companies charge a lot in general, many reviews talked about the gamble of getting techs with skillsets all over the place with some being more of salespeople rather than technicians, the outfits that the big box stores use seem very sketchy and seemed to end up charging as much or more than going directly with a plumber). Thankfully, I found Eastridge Plumbing through a neighborhood Facebook group mentioning the quality of Johnny's work at a very fair price. During my first call, I was happy to find out the guy with his name on the side of the truck and photo on the company website is the actual person doing the work and a master plumber with decades of commercial and residential plumbing experience. Previously, we used a plumber who ended up sending out his younger techs who didn't instill a lot of confidence to the extent that I sent them on their way after paying a steep service call fee just to have several holes cut in my walls. Not again...I called Eastridge Plumbing back, spoke with Johnny's wife Beverly (who was very helpful), and Johnny was at my house within the hour. He knows his stuff, doesn't take shortcuts, and has pride in a job well done. You can tell Johnny enjoys his craft and we are very happy with the water heater and experience in general. Also, Johnny found a better more accessible area to place the new pressure valve and cut off. I could see other plumbers not wanting to take the time to discuss that option let alone go the extra mile for the customer.
