I've seen both Holly and Melissa and they are both super clear and helpful in helping you get the knowledge you need to heal. I spent more time with Holly, but both explained to me what was happening muscle wise in easy to understand ways. They provided treatment to me before and after knee surgery and were instrumental in my recovery. They truly make you feel like an important human being who is heard and respected. 2. They don't just instruct you. They Educate you! 3. They don't just give you exercises. They too hold themselves accountable for your recovery and do so in a firm but nurturing manner. 4. They understand the difference between pain and discomfort. They learn about who you are and what you need in order to push you in the right direction. 5. They are collaborative in the most positive ways. 6. They are accommodating and will without a doubt make time for you when you need them. (I have personally had multiple setbacks that just threw us all off guard... but Lauren was there immediately every time to bring me back to life!) 7. They are constantly expanding their knowledge base. I've been going there for a year and every time I talk to Lauren she has learned something new about my condition or wants to try something out to help me. It's an ever changing field and they are moving right along with it if not ahead of it. 8. I have never ever had to wait more than 30 seconds on the phone when calling there. 9. It never ceases to amaze me the fluidity with which they multitask. Yet, their ability to make you feel noticed and cared for is unwavering. 10. There have been days where I really think I'm not going to make it because of my pain, but as soon as I walk through those doors and see those ladies I am already so relieved and it is something I can't imagine ever finding anywhere else. The director yawned out loud during my session with him, that was professional. Although I was there an hour, 45-50 minutes I worked on my own, the PT only worked with me about 10 minutes. As I was working with PT for 10 minutes they were talking across the room to others instead of focusing on me. Most PT did not seem to be familiar with my injury, so they obviously didn't read my file or ask me directly. They did not send the reports they told me they would be sending to my Orthopaedic surgeon until I questioned them, they lied said they were sent but when I called surgeon's office the only report they had was from the day I questioned them. Although the bathrooms seemed pretty clean the rest of the facility did not, there was an outlet without a face plate right out in the open. Thank god insurance adjusted what they got paid because their $300 plus per visit is not worth it. I even gave them a very poor review and they didn't care enough to call me and discuss the issues, you would think they would want to improve, obviously not.
