There are also snacks in the waiting room which is always a plus :D Dr. Ko was very friendly & accommodating to my schedule. I went to her for a shoulder injury and she suggested alternating acupuncture & cupping in several visits. The acupuncture was painless and she had a heat lamp next to the table so that I wouldn't get cold. After a few visits, my shoulder did get better! Dr. Ko also had a look at my tongue and overall skin complexion, and offered dietary / overall health advice to help out with imbalances & stress. I learned a lot about different kinds of food to eat during different seasons, and what foods to avoid so that I don't get an upset stomach! Overall: Dr. Ko is super friendly & knowledgeable! Would go back again.

The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored. The cost of the services were the most affordable compared to other places I researched and there were no hidden fees or trying to upsell us any additional services or products (which I greatly appreciate). Dr. Banfield and her staff made us feel like we we knew them for years and really made the whole time fun and full of laughter and joy. This was the best mother-daughter day ever! If you haven't tried IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy I highly recommend going to Advanced Family Care to be pampered and cared for. Thank you Dr. Banfield for an amazing day with my daughter!
