Obviously I didn't recognize this number or understand why I was receiving this random message from a random number. So I asked who it is. The response was extremely rude saying "You called me. Who is this?!?" I'm attaching the screenshot of this exchange. For a massage therapist that indicates on their website that they treat clients with dignity and respect, this response to someone reaching out to your business for the very first time is very unprofessional and contradictory to what they proclaim their values are.
