Massage always helped it but the relief was only temporary. Not only did Emmanuelle addressed my shoulder pain in 4 sessions, but every time I am on her table I fall asleep which is unusual as my brain is always on overdrive. When I wake up, I feel a bit drowsy at first but it is quickly replaced by a feeling of deep relaxation and I find my mind calm. 24 hours post sessions my mind is sharper too!
