I came home at 5 pm on Friday to find my key to the front door no longer worked. I began calling locksmiths at 8 am on a summer Saturday morning, and one of the Cote smiths (Ben) was first to respond. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of the time he had named, cured the problem in short order, addressed another pr.oblem with the same door while there, and charged a reasonable price. His good work turned a potential crisis into as pleasant experience as possible. I would recommend this firm highly.

The installers were very considerate of the residents in the building. They made sure they cleaned up their work areas at the end of every day. They parked their vehicles in the appropriate area. Not only did he incorrectly guess the size and placement of what she wanted, but when she explained she could not afford to ruin both sides of it he told her "you have no idea what you are talking about" and then told her to leave. Such terrible customer service and verification of all the terrible things I have heard about the establishment. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of putting up with his attitude. If a customer is trying to explain to you that they cannot AFFORD to have two unusable sides of something, maybe try to offer a different solution instead of talking down to them. You are a business owner or manager I'm sure. Try acting like one. Dissapointing.
