I have purchased a number of items for myself, including turtlenecks, track pants, polo shirts and t-shirts of many colours, with an excellent selection of sizes, even large sizes up to size 5XL! The prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I have had a Gildan polo shirt that I purchased from R&S 5 years ago and it still looks great and washes well even after wearing it often. R&S Screening also does custom orders. I wanted a special gift for my step-daughter's graduation, and Renae came through with an awesome hoodie with her name on the front and large custom letter logo on the back. We were greeted by the friendly salesman, who set up an appt to meet us at our house and discuss measurements. He then contacted us and told us our quote was ready and we thought it was going to be numbers on a piece of paper. Were we ever surprised! Instead of numbers on a page, he had a full 3D drawing of our house with different models of sunrooms to make it more affordable and yet still providing the high quality "Canadian Made" product we were wanting! I went to the store on Sportsworld Drive in Kitchener where I bought them and was told I had to by this piece for $3 or take the blind down and bring it in to have it covered under their warranty. This is a small piece that clips on. When I pushed back a little, I was told I could have 2 parts for the price of one (hilarious). This was a part that they dug out of a plastic bin and it took almost 5 minutes to process it on their computer. THEN... It turns out the part is $4.10+tax. What a horrrible warrranty/customer service expeerience. Long story short, Blinds to Go Kitchener, I will not be buying anything else there when I go to do the rest of the blinds in my home.

Parking exists both in the front and the back of their store. The actually have a storefront !! Contrary to many internet-only places, they actually exist and are honest. Could not be happier.
