After 2h, I stumbled across Luu's on Google, and called, expecting the same response -- but to my surpise, Tony said he could be there in 20 minutes; my hero! He told me to text him pictures of the lock that needed to be replaced, and was on-site within 20 minutes as promised, fixing our lock.
