After 2h, I stumbled across Luu's on Google, and called, expecting the same response -- but to my surpise, Tony said he could be there in 20 minutes; my hero! He told me to text him pictures of the lock that needed to be replaced, and was on-site within 20 minutes as promised, fixing our lock. Luu's truly saved the day and was extremely professional and knowledgable, something very important when replacing high-security locks in an office setting. They have a customer in me for life and cannot recommend them HIGHLY ENOUGH!

His good work turned a potential crisis into as pleasant experience as possible. I would recommend this firm highly.

Unprofessional, hostile, and highly suspicious. Steer clear…read more I am absolutely appalled by the hostile treatment I received when calling this company. I called to ask a few standard, baseline questions before booking (specifically, whether they could rekey different lock brands to a single key,) what their service fee policy is if the work cannot be completed, and whether they use in-house employees or subcontractors. Instead of providing straightforward answers, the representative repeatedly pressured me to book an appointment. When I pressed for clarity on their fees and hiring practices, the representative became completely unhinged. He flat-out refused to answer, constantly interrupted me, accused me of "playing games," and claimed I wasn't a "real customer." (A quick glance at my extensive Google review history will easily prove my legitimacy as a local consumer). It was only after this bizarre, aggressive interaction that I looked more closely at their Google reviews and noticed the massive number of one-star ratings reporting similar experiences. It turns out I am not alone. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable locksmith who respects their customers.

Do you know about the KeyMe app? There is a story about a gentleman who borrowed his friends key. The gentleman simply took photos of his friends key and with the use of the KeyMe app, was able to obtain keys for his friends house, without his friends knowledge. This means is if you do not have a patented key to your home, someone can take a picture of your key and obtain a copy without your knowledge.
